Awful time. Single female traveller. Given the worst room above car park felt very insecure. Sent manager a list of 20+ complaints. 24 hours later nothing has been addressed and I haven’t been contacted — despite there being only 5 guests and over 30 staff!

Excellent attention, attention to details and above all a relaxed atmosphere where you can connect and have fun! Super recommended.

A beautiful setting, staff are thoughtfully attentive and views of the vineyards are breathtaking. Take a plunge into the tucked away pool, go for a bike ride around the property, even take a siesta to charge your battery.

I Recommend this stay to stop to eat and taste your wines. Its exquisite sweet milk and fruity candies. Excellent cheeses and its varied gourmet menu. Congratulations.

Narbona Wine Lodge and Estates in Carmelo Uruguay provided an unforgettably delicious experience for our honeymoon. It was clear from the moment we entered that their welcoming culture provided hospitality fit for a king. It’s clear when the entire team takes ownership of the customer experience and each of our interactions with Narbona workers showed the staff’s pride in cultivating a luxurious visit for guests. After a quick nap in our palatial yet rustic suite full of hardwoods, burnished metals, and delightful antiques, we were treated to a tour of their winemaking facilities and a tasting of their most popular vintages. My understanding of the details was limited, as the entire tour was conducted in Spanish, but the tastes of their Tanat Roble, homemade cheeses, and house baked breads are universal and translation is unnecessary. My favorite was the honey-infused grappa which they conveniently make available for guests in the office free of charge. Every small convenience was provided and thought of ahead of time — from small jars of dulce de leche, a local specialty, placed by our bedside in the evenings to local woolen ponchos being placed in our closet for use during the cool Uruguayan evenings. We stayed for three short days. There are only five rooms available on the estate, and we were fortunate to have booked their best room overlooking the vineyard.

The place is beautiful, the setting is worth it. We Did The guided tour of the 14HS and recommend it. The Guide seemed rushed to finish it but was very friendly at all times, speaks English and tells very well everything he says, very willing to answer our questions. The Place has a restaurant to eat and try the different things they do there, including jams and candies. The staff of the place was not very friendly, who attended US did not speak English and what appeared to be the attendant spoke to the staff of schedules and labor issues in front of us, as if we were not there, we thought it was not the place to do it. The Winery also has a hotel. You get there by the route, very easy access. We Regret that such a nice place does not have adequate treatment for those who visit it, they should improve that. The Place is worth it.

Excellent food, excellent wine. We enjoyed the lunch very much. Regrettable the deal in the warehouse. The employees discussed, they treated us very badly. Too bad they don't know how to treat customers with respect.

I really enjoyed the meal and the wine (s) we tried. The service was cheerful and super friendly. Its one of those gems that you find on the road sometime and you wish it was closer to your house so you could go back.

Beautiful location, spacious room with workig fireplace, fantastic breakfast, however, some little niggles like unable to make change at the office nor at the restaurant, and overall a bit overpriced.
