Very nice place to stay rooms are always clean. And the very nice and friendly hosts makes the stay even better.

I'm very impressed with this hotel! The location was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable! They had a modern TV in the room which we loved.

A truly exceptional stay! We spent a three-day weekend in The Suite at Shell Beach Inn, and it could not have been more perfect for our trip to Shell Beach.

Our stay at Shell Beach Inn was very comfortable. The area is quiet and yet still near Pismo Pier. Loved the park nearby, walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic Inn! The view is phenomenal — the balcony is right over the water. The room was immaculate and comfortable. They thought of everything.

Went for 3 nights and stayed in an oceanfront king room. Had an awesome stay. The property has really nice seating chairs and fire pits with gorgeous views.

Beautiful location with rooms right at the water. Having the balcony was great. Even during the month of February it was nice to sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of crashing waves.

We really like staying here. I really liked the heated pool. I like that you can walk back and find the beach in the backyard pretty much. The rooms were nice and comfortable too.

Have stayed at this location for the last ten years, each time we visit Pismo. The location is incredibly beautiful, and my kids always enjoy their heated pool and jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly.

This place is just beautiful. Rooms are always very clean. The view to the ocean is amazing. Plenty of lounging areas outside with bbq pits for your pleasure. Nice pool area as well.

I was there for a free movie night they hosted. The view is incredible. Only saw the pool and on site restaurant but both looked beautiful.

The Cliffs Resort never ceases to impress. The staff are wonderful, the resort is clean, the location is PERFECT! Extra awesome that we were able to bring our dogs! THE BEST!

Hubby and I stayed here for the very first time last night for a staycation. We live about 20 minutes away from Pismo Beach and Pismo or Avila Beach is our go to for a staycation.

We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary this week and I cannot wait to return! We had a king ocean view suite and it was amazing. The view was incredible from the balcony.

I was shocked when I got here. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful. We are actually staying here right now. I’m at the hotel. They have fireplaces. They’re clean the view.

My friend and I stayed at Cottage Inn by the Sea for his birthday Feb 4-8. We had another couple of friends join us Friday the 6th.

I'm pleasantly surprised about this place.
The venue is an older hotel that has been nicely remodeled.

My sister booked this place and I was kinda hesitant because of the reviews. But when we got there it wasn’t bad at all! It is newly renovated and the place and location is amazing.

Amazing rooms and views. Our balcony has a partial beach view but is absolutely amazing and we got a amazing deal on the room.

Positive: Location was amazing free parking security and the view Negative: I had a great stay, would not change a thing and look forward to going back.

A very cutesy stay! The location is great, it’s right next to the Prismo Beach Pier and just a walk away from the popular Old West Cinnamon Rolls Bakery! The rooms are clean and cute.

Let me start by saying the staff at The Pismo Beach hotel are so amazing. We really feel like family everytime we visit. The accommodations are, spacious, clean, and so comfortable.

Service is second to none. Wheelchair friendly, comfortable beds (and pillows) close to the sea and many restaurants. The Breezway cafe attached does a brilliant avocado on toast.
