Very clean and large rooms. Man at the front desk was nice and very helpful. He stated the rooms were remodeled and they sure are beautiful rooms.

Positive: Not too far from downtown Knoxville and easy to get to. Negative: There was a musty smell in the hotel when we arrived and in the room. Got used to it after a while but it was noticeable.

Decent quality room. Up to standards for a La Quinta. Many quality hotels have acquired old 1-2 star hotels but this one is good quality.

We spent the night at the Holiday Inn Express in Knoxville and found it to be a clean, comfortable place to spend the night.

Been here many times. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Rooms are always clean. Standard breakfast offerings but staff is always great could use better varieties of creamer. International delight.

We have just checked in here… many compliments already…. Friendly and very accommodating check in (thank you for going extra mile to get us the room we requested!

Yes I gave them 5 stars. My experience was top notch. The check in was quick, the room was clean, the bed was comfy (room 324) and the breakfast was great!

Overall, the hotel is a nice clean hotel, especially for the price. Would recommend and would stay again at this hotel. Cameras are everywhere, which makes you feel safe.

We had a great experience here, staff friendly. Rooms were neat & clean. Breakfast had options, waffles, yogurt, or a few things to grab on the run.

I book my mom a room here at least one week a month. My sister lives in Clinton so they hang out.
The front desk young lady is nice but quiet and stares at you. Weird.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The air was nice and cold. The only issue was the smell of mustiness like the room needs to be aired or maybe an air freshener used.

Nice quiet stay. Rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was great, several places to eat and anything you might need was within minutes of the hotel.

The hotel itself probably deserves two stars.

Hotel is older but found it to be clean and AJ was awesome.

Great service and very clean. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. The reason I didnt give 5 starts is because the breakfast was sparse and picked over at 8:30 when my wife and I went.

It was a smooth experience with front desk and most things were as expected including regular and quality housekeeping, consistent quality breakfast, and good customer service.

A perfectly normal Hampton. We weren’t able to use the electronic keys, though Alyssa did her best to help us reset them and made us key cards when the app didn’t work.

We travel a lot, this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. From the smell of the lobby, to staff and room — just amazing! My wife and I would recommend this hands down!

Extremely comfortable stay. The breakfast bar was awesome with a great selection. I would suggest to add bacon. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The Halloween decorations looked wonderful.

Our family stayed here 2x in a week as we were driving to/from our vacation spot. We received a free room upgrade both times to King size beds, which was great.

The night clerk was very friendly. The bed was super comfy. Water pressure was great. The room & common areas were all very clean and well appointed.

I stayed at this hotel for my son's graduation from UT, and I sure wish I had found this place 4 years ago when he was just starting.

Super clean hotel. Beds very clean with crisp white sheets. All carpets and wall coverings look new. Seems very safe. Checked in late and front desk clerks were very nice.

The lady at the front desk was really nice. This hotel is surprisingly nice. We'll certainly stay here anytime we're in Knoxville for our favorite brewery (Xul).

COMFORT AND JOY! Me, my mother and two sisters had the best experience ever at the Comfort Suites in Knoxville North on Central Pike Avenue! Everyone there was professional, polite and friendly!

This is an absolutely superb Hampton Inn! This is a cut above the typical Hampton. Breakfast was more extensive, and their coffee was superb!

Overall, good place to stay. Clean room, comfortable bed. Very nice people at the front desk. But my shower never got warm. It vaccilated between cool and tepid.

Good service, nice hotel, room comes with coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Hot tub nice, pool was cold. Gym equipment okay, but not very good.

I did a trip to Tennessee, Nashville, Knoxville, and a few spots in between. This was one of the better priced but also a very comfortable hotel. Was it perfect? No was the bed comfortable?

It wasn't perfect, but it was a decent short stay location. I do however think the front desk needs more extra towels. We had 4 people in our room and only 2 towels in bathroom.
