This was our 2nd stay at Clan Cottages. As before the booking process was very easy and smooth.

The cottages and their location is fantastic and very private. The cottage itself with its stone walls and thatched roof was full of character.

A wonderful experience. Set in woodland among the hills south of Oban. I would give ten stars if I could. Dog friendly and also has an accessible lodge.

Chalets were adequate although they definitely need a bit TLC! Eveything you needed was at hand, although the dishwasher was a bit tricky and possibly needed leveling?

Amazing place. Location, Lodges and Hosts all fantastic. Waking up to the sound of bird song on the edge of a woodland. Short trail walk to an amazing wee loch.

Lovely accommodation. Very comfortable beds. Clean and well equipped. Dog friendly. We were in lodge 8 which has decking on the back. Good if your dog barks when people/dogs walk past!

Truly, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed with stunning decor and gorgeous views of the loch. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us feel welcome.

My husband and I stayed for two nights along with my in-laws (two rooms) over the weekend. The grounds and the hotel were beautiful and welcoming and cozy. The bar and restaurant are wonderful.

Attended a birthday party here. Great venue for functions.

Went there for a funeral lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was reasonable but sadly the jam for the scones came in little plastic pots. 😬

Lovely one night stay at this friendly guest house, situated just a 20-minute footpath walk from Oban centre (taxi recommended on way back! ) Comfy bed and good breakfast, thank you!

Room 5
What a lovely, cozy, enough space, clean room with a solo shower and toilet just outside the room. J&G the best hosts, ever.

Susan easily accommodated a late arrival for us, which was greatly appreciated. Clean room, comfy mattress, hearty breakfast. Manageable walk into downtown Oban.

Very pleasant place to stay, nice host. Good quality accommodation and service.

Such a beautiful guest house. Clean with excellent service, amenities and breakfast. Morven was such an excellent hostess.

Was at this lovely guest house the beginning of May of this year. I would absolutely go back and stay again. Morven was very welcoming. Room was perfect for a solo traveler, and breakfast was perfect.

Highly recommend.
This is the kind of place where you feel more like family than a guest. Morvan, the host, has been running this bed and breakfast for decades, and it shows in every detail.

An actually affordable place to stay in Oban. Very handy for Tesco and the services nearby. I was met at the door even at 23:00 and the room was very clean and the bed comfy.

Myself and my boyfriend had a very relaxing stay at Maggie’s Cabin over the weekend, with excellent hosts Robert & Marion who cater to all your needs.

Fantastic break, weather was amazing, scenery to die for. Everything a cottage for 2 needs. Thanks for having us.

Wished we could have stayed for longer at Aspen Lodge — we so much enjoyed our one night there.

Only stayed here for one night, but it was really good here. Great view. Super nice hosts.

There's not much more to I can add to the 5* reviews below.
We originally stayed at Home Farm in July 2022 and I left a glowing review on Air BnB.

The most incredible family getaway we've had for our dad's 60th birthday. 8 adults, a 5 year old, and a dog all had the best time. Beautiful house, lovely welcome and a relaxing stay.

Stayed here back over the Easter holidays and it’s a brilliant holiday flat if your living in the area! Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Oban to come here!

Perfect accommodation with all the essentials including washing machine, coffee machine & hob.

Very well appointed. Plenty charging sockets, mirrors, clothes pegs, hangers. Clean and neat. Excellent quiet location near ferry and train.

Excellent little room in this well-located guest house, which was a short walk to town, just past the wharf area. Breakfast was nice too (and cheap). Highly recommend.
