Hotels in England with a Pool

I booked this hotel because the service ratings set it apart from the alternatives, and now I understand why!

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. George at the front desk went above and beyond to help my husband find Victorian furniture and tile purveyors. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

Where to start!

I expected the hotel itself to be grand & it was! But I have never experienced service like that provided by the concierge desk ever before. They helped with more things than I can list.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, stayed here for 1 night. Reception were amazing when we checked in. They spoiled my son and made him feel like a VIP. The room was perfect and spotless.

The two bedroom suite with fully stocked kitchen was absolutely perfect for us. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Every single staff member was always welcoming and friendly.

We stayed here for a short weekend. Our room was very tiny, we didn’t have a proper place to put our large suitcase.
However my parents room was slightly bigger!

We stayed here in December 2024, a week before Christmas.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which is essentially a townhouse with a small courtyard. Very secure and literally 200 yards from Harrods. The property itself was brand new and spotless.

Very nice place. Whit nice people. I stay for few nights in 10Cp. Very nice apartment, the staff was very nice and friendly specially Ana she's very friendly polite and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rembrandt Hotel in London for six days, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

This hotel was in a great place for visiting London. Close to South Kensington tube (Circle/District & Piccadilly lines) so perfect for Heathrow.

We recently stayed at The Exhibitionist Hotel in South Kensington and want to take a moment to highlight two members of staff who made our experience truly memorable: BEA and Elena.

Fantastic hotel!
The staff, location, and room were excellent.
Personable and professional. We enjoyed a glass of fizz in the evening and breakfast in the morning; all great!

Me and my friends were having one of the best stays I ever had in the UK and I’m so overwhelmed with the Staff (from the bell mens, front of the house, pool attendant and room service) big shout out

I recently stayed at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower during Eid al-Adha holiday and had a truly wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the high standards throughout the hotel.

We absolutely adored The Egerton House Hotel. The staff was exceptional in every way, so very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Our every need as travelers was thought of and prepared for.

The hotel is very close to an underground station and near restaurants and supermarkets.
We had 2 rooms — one was spacious and the other was very very small.

Just got back from London and celebrating a family birthday. We stayed for only one night but from check in to checking out our experience was excellent.

Always a very pleasant experience at Jumeirah Lowndes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and it feels like a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Highly recommendable hotel, Willing to help with a smile. The Best concierge team ever. Rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of belgravia. Home feeling.

Amazing experience!
1. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable.
2. Blackout curtains.
3. Quiet even though our room was facing the road.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Xenia. This is our second stay this year and it was fantastic both times. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff.

An absolutely wonderful stay! We arrived a little early and the concierge checked our bags so we could go out exploring. Back at check in time we got a free glass of bubbly and a bag of sweets!

Absolutely loved my stay.
Great look to it, modern and arty… Check-in was friendly and professional, treated with a complementary glass of bubbles.
Room lovely and spacious. Bed v comfortable.

The location is wonderful. You are one block from Harrods and a few blocks from 2 different tube stations. There are several cafes and 2 small grocery stores across the street.

A beautiful place to stay in a great location. The lady on reception could not have been more lovely and helpful. Our apartment was spotless and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Staff were the best! Especially Kuldeep. She was so helpful. Give her a raise! We were able to get into our room very early and even if we had not they had other luggage storage options.

The staff were all lovely. Check in and check out was extremely easy. My room was quite comfortable.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Kensington. The hotel is in a great location — only about a 5-minute walk to the Underground station, and around 20 minutes by metro to central London.

A comfortable stay, looked and felt clean except for a bit of an odd smell next to my bed.

I stay at the AC Hotel Birmingham regularly for work, and it has become my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the city.

Although we only stayed for one night, we were really impressed with the service at the AC Marriott Birmingham.

Highly recommended if you would like to experience upscale English high tea. Sandwiches were light yet tasty. The scones were moist and rich. The pastries were sophisticated and amazing.

The Grill room was a great experience we were so well looked after by the team nothing was any trouble to them.
The food was excellent the roast beef was cooked perfectly.

Thanks to Kingba, our stay was really nice. She helped us a lot with a problem with the booking made in Lastminute.

Can't really comment on the hotel. Just parked my car here for Great Ormand Street Hospital. My car seemed to like it tho and had no complaints.

One of a chain of Grange Hotels in London this one is handily placed in Bloomsbury near the British Museum.

The Grange Clarendon Hotel is a nice traditional English hotel. It is very close to the British Museum and easy to reach by subway, bus or by walking to Soho.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and always welcoming, which really makes the stay special.

I had an incredible stay at COMO Metropolitan London. All the staff members were truly amazing and made us feel very welcome.

Really nice apartment with two near tube stations. Everything for us was great and Jhaveer on the reception desk was so polite and helpful. Hopefuly we will come back. 10/10

I really don’t get the 3.2/5 rating. In my opinion, it is way closer to a solid 4.5 or even more, taking into account the price, which is very reasonable by London standards!

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre. My partner and I stayed for a combined birthday weekend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. I had to move here around 9pm due to an issue with another local hotel who's air conditioning was not working. The staff are so friendly. The room was spotless.

Our stay at the Londonor Hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end.

The Londoner is one of the exclusive most prestigious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 Star Super Luxurious Boutique Hotels existing in the Heart of Central London surrounded by all you could ever want and need to

Conference based university hotel but very clean, wonderful view from the top floor. Staff welcoming. Only a stones throw from the city center and much quieter and cheaper.

For the price, this stay was wonderful! Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Before I'd even slept I knew I would stay here again if I was in the area.
