Excellent hotel with really friendly staff.
The food in the restaurant is excellent and we were well looked after by Mia and Alessandro.

I would certainly recommend the hotel. It has a modern feel and the rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities.

Truly love this hotel, this was our third visit.
Corner rooms are huge, bed amazing and leather sofa comfortable, huge bathroom with large bath and huge shower.

Comfortable rooms and plenty of space. Very noisy heating/air-conditioning though.

We arrived last Tuesday and left last Friday. From the moment we got out of the taxi my mother and I were greeted by the door man Mark, who took in our cases. I felt like royalty.

This hotel has great location. It’s right on the Albert Dock and above the Beatles story.
It’s also 10 minute walk into the city.

I stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s birthday celebrations in Liverpool. We stayed on the docks due to the fabulous location near to some great bars and restaurants and famous landmarks.

Lovely clean room. Great that we had a fridge. Location was very central, near shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Check in and check out smooth and quick.

We visited for Scouse afternoon tea as a gift. Unsure of what to expect it was a lovely surprise.

We loved being able to walk to our hotel from the train station. We had unknowingly booked our night without realizing it was Manchester United vs. Liverpool!

Great location for accessing the city centre. The room was clean and a great size. All the staff are friendly. Breakfast was lovely. A great selection of hot, cold, continental, cereals etc etc.

Really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Aberley house. The place was very clean, the decor was beautiful and the games room was amazing.

First time staying at this hotel on both nights, 14/02/26 & 15/02/26, the service, hotel style, and service were great. We had no issues whatsoever.

We stayed here as part of a coach trip last weekend and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the whole hotel was as I had seen recent reviews.

Tried this Hotel as had exhausted our past usual stops. We where very impressed with the hotel and the Queen sized beds. The food was great and staff very helpfull and friendly.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely old building in a great location. It was very well maintained. The service was great.

Booked here last minute due to a bad experience with a previous hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Room was super clean, decent size and had an extremely comfy bed.

It's typical student accommodation. Basic and small and not the cheapest but it's city centre and local for all places etc.

Son just checked in, assistant manager really helpful and showed us around. No complaints so far. Hopefully he makes new friends now.

The rooms are exactly what you need, although a couple of strange brown patches outside the bathroom and normal iron shapped burn on carpet.

We were bumped from the neighboring hotel and they were nice enoguh to let us stay for a few nights.
