The best hotel in Zhytomyr, great rooms, where you can really relax, friendly staff. Located in the center of the city, the balcony offers a wonderful view, especially in the evening on the cathedral. Very good breakfast.

Perhaps the best place in the city where you can accommodate business guests. Good conference rooms with decent acoustics. Stable Internet. Staff with decent conversational.

Place have issues. Story short — nice room, friendly stuff, good breakfast. But the hotel rents the restaurant and the rest of ground floor to the local wealthy people (aka mob, bandits whatever the name) to celebrate their birthdays, weddings and funerals. Almost every day of our stay (8 days) the ground floor was filled with loud music (we could even hear it on the 7th floor), drunk and aggressive people, cigarette smoke, crying children, and so on. These people also rent rooms, so you will meet them gathering not only in the lobby, but also all around the hotel. At some point we absolutely didn't feel safe.

We had a wonderful experience while staying there. Room was comfortable and very clean. Continental breakfast was really good too.

+ very clean + comfy bed + professional staff + dogs are accepted (for an additional one-time fee of 50% room rate) + good position near to a small park (suitable for dogs) + private fenced parking + good restaurant — no shelves in the bathroom — low and small desk, it's very uncomfortable to fit the legs under it — (very) slow internet speed, this is a big drawback if you need to work with your laptop.

Competitive prices and clean rooms & bathrooms. The in house restaurant is competitively priced and the food tastes great. The breakfast menu gets very repetitive and there are limited choices. Overall nice place place to be and staff is helpful & friendly.

Best place for the price range which is located in the center of the zhytomyr. Also the breakfast is average but good taste.

The best and most expensive in the area, yet quite far from a European standard. The two-room room is quite disappointing as it has no windows in the lounge area. Feels like you are in some underground floor.

Posh, most expensive, impossible to eat there cause of sky prices, perfect receptionists, hyper clean, its good for wedding, not for long stay, max 5 nights, cause too much luxury and no money left in the end.

For me this is really the best place where to stay in Zhytomyr, if you want to have an international standard service. The hotel is less indicated if you are looking for a local experience. The complex includes also a rather good quality Italian restaurant.

The excellent well-known of network brand truly European quality at reasonable prices. Great rooms, service and staff. Breakfast buffet and excellent Wi-Fi included in the room rate.

Clean and quite. Tasty breakfasts. But in superior room you get only small roof window and 2 single beds drawn together instead of normal queen bed.

Booked a non-Smoking room, upon arrival, the room had the smell of cigarettes, I had to change the room. The bathroom is small, not comfortable. And in General normal, but 4 star it is not!

The hotel is not 4stars. I don't know why this hotel received a recommendation from Freimut. Our foreign guests staying at this hotel, accidentally spilled coffee on the sheet, as reported at the reception with a request to replace linen.
