What was predictable happened to the restaurant complex. The owner took for the rule not to pay the money made to the staff and to himself a lot of enemies!

The hotel is excellent, I recommend: 1) the rooms are clean, comfortable and with original design (the standard room has: safe Deposit box, bathrobes, Slippers, kettle, bar fridge, dental sedni, and other nice things). 2) the staff is attentive, polite, considerate. 3) the food in the restaurant is worthy of respect level on the normal price.

The hotel has one big problem — the rooms are dirty, very dirty floor. Those who do the cleaning or do not know how to remove it, or don't want. They really set the hotel, all the other conscientious workers and administration.

The best hotel in this town. The price includes hammam, 1 hour massage, breakfast, a decent and inexpensive kitchen and restaurant. I can see that people are really trying and making efforts to be hospitable and happy!

A good hotel for a stopover, staff friendly, rooms clean and tidy. The kitchen is very skudnenko and the most primitive, the supply of food is much higher than the contents.

It was a nice hotel and I recommend it. The receptionist spoke English (and Ukrainian) with 80% accuracy. The Wi-Fi speed was about 20 MBPS, breakfast was good quality. The rooms were clean & tidy. Nobody else spoke any English except the receptionist. Hot and Cold water was working properly. The water seemed like a hard water for some reason but not hotel's fault. Tap water drinking is not recommended. The location is slightly away from the city center. The only bad stuff was the AC, it is very ineffective by American standards. On very hot days you cant expect it to run the way you want it but it does work.

They said it was expensive! It's not just that. It's not the same as a menu. The menu is sparse. What's with the sushi and the burger? Ordered veal with potatoes. They brought sweet meat (no) and zhidenkoeed mash (like Rozbavili yesterday Garjachenkoj water). Prices are a separate conversation. For a light dinner for two, 650 rag? Who is it for? It's just twice as tall. For what? It's a lousy place (sleeping area, on the road). It's not a waste of the interior. To compare, the basilica does not have three orders before the show. I'd call it "pizza without pizza in kosmose"kosmose. " The last point was "komplіment from Chief"! It's a complete crazy. They brought microscopic pieces of a little podporchenogo of the Kiev shop cake. What kind of chief is that kind of a compliment? The whole place is questionable! I don't recommend it!

Super hotel, rooms comfortable, thanks to the restaurant has a wonderful chef who pleases its culinary masterpieces. Admin Anastasia so attractive that Hall when it appears is the subject of conversation visitors, gathering the views of all the male component of restaurant.

I liked the reception workers, attitude to the guests. First impression-Super hotel with European service. The price includes use of the sauna, tennis courts, a soccer field, and breakfast. Breakfasts excellent, by the way, there's even served fresh). The hotel's fine restaurant, wealth menu is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised when I found there my favorite dish-Peking duck, it was oočen′ delicious restaurant 5 +.
But, unfortunately, it turned out that there are serious problems. The first is cleanliness: Paul in our room was very dirty. It was a lot of women's hair, lumps of dust, whatever you like. It turned out that the hotel does not have a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning lady just smearing dirt, dust and everything else with a cloth on the floor. Balcony, they are not clean, there are terribly messy. The floor in the corridor, too messy. Only sauna, oddly enough, was pure. The second problem is the Internet-it is not stable. And the third problem is in our room at night from going off lights ceiling and svetoidnaâ left the bar above the bed.
I want to thank the staff and chef for a good attitude towards us, and delicious food. But the lack of sanitation and the battle for the Internet is absolutely not permissible for self-respecting hotel.

Was once and still want. Deliciously beautiful. 5 + service.
