I will start with the pros: 1. The location of the hotel is great, around a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops 2. Breakfast and lunches are delicious, the staff in the restaurant is friendly and perfectly performs its work. Thank you very much!
3. The rooms are large and comfortable.
4. If you forgot your toothbrush at home, here you would bring a new one) to my surprise it was qualitative.
Now cons of the hotel: 1. On reception you can meet the girl "Alexandra". After communicating with her the impression of the hotel immediately spoils.
Not friendly, not responsive, communicates with visitors rudely and in the tone "you owe me. "
2. Music, music and music again! It's just a crazy house so loud to include music in the restaurant until 3am! Do you even care about your guests?
3 Cleaning Service. There is also a minus: the dust on the bedside tables is poorly wiped, the bath water rinsed without using means for cleaning.
4. The first hotel in which I did not see the mini bar.

This is a super hotel and restaurant. The receptionist of Antonina helped to solve the issue with accommodation, though I have erroneously booked a room for other dates:)
The rooms are very clean and quite quiet. It's not hot or cold.
The staff is professional.
The restaurant flashed excellent taste, composition and serving. The staff were very friendly and very friendly.
For motorists there is underground parking for several cars, but if you arrive in the evening, there is a high probability of lack of free space, then you can leave the car under the windows on the street.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, the standard rooms are not big. The rooms are clean. From the shortcomings: The maids came to the room, when the door hung a sign "Do Not Disturb", in the shower only one piece of soap, no liquid soap, very high stand for shower accessories in the shower.

The price, in my opinion, is overstated. The reception do not know anything about the welcome-service, do not smile. The breakfast buffet is poor although the waiters serve well. A separate question is saving on such things as toilet paper: a very thin roll is served. For a hotel of this level and customer-positioning should be bathrobes in all rooms. Also in the room very small pillows and very soft mattress. In general, cozy and the main advantage-the location.

Despite the hotel is new, it is not a good hotel. The rooms are poorly equipped. Even luxury one doesn't have electric kettle of iron. Breakfasts are especially weak point of this hotel — the choice is poor and the food is not good. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.
