Overall the hotel is nice and cozy, but there are some downsides.
1) there are ears in the walls, of course this cannot be fixed, but the neighbors hear everything and you too.
2) breakfast (one name), advice to you.
Remove breakfast from being included and reduce the price for the room, but with an additional offer a rich and delicious breakfast for an additional price.
Set up a buffet table!
Breakfast: coffee/tea, casserole with sour cream (heated in the microwave), 1 piece of balyk, 1 piece of cheese, 3 pieces of sausage, 3 pieces of bread and 1 bottle of yogurt (0.25)
The rest or supplement for an additional fee.
3) in winter there is no hot water in the room! It is there, but it’s a summer one, a little warm (when you want to bask in hot water before going to bed, it’s not there)
Everything else is just fine.
Government administration and their owners, improve your service and you will have even more guests!

We stayed overnight in August; before checking in, the administrator gave us the opportunity to look at two rooms; this was enough to choose. The room is clean, the mattress is comfortable, the bed linen is flawless. We chose a small room in size, as we only stayed for the night.
There are many interesting details in the interior.
The hotel is located near the center, there is parking, breakfast can be ordered at a certain time, and by this time the table will be set, only hot tea or coffee will be brought to you. The cheesecakes were simply delicious, thank you :)
The staff was friendly.

Nice interior. The administrator is great. We accommodated early check-in to the room, without additional charges.
The breakfast was delicious (there were cheesecakes + a plate with sandwich cuts and butter/bread + tea/coffee to choose from)
There is parking in front of the hotel.
On the downside, the sound insulation in our room was rather weak; we could hear telephone conversations from the next room, and then snoring. It looks like you need to look for drinking water somewhere at the reception or take it with you, since I didn’t find it in the room, I didn’t notice it on the floor either.

The hotel corresponds to 3*. Small room but cozy. The hotel has many paintings. Interior antique. Good Breakfast.

Very polite staff. It is clear that the hotel used to be good and everything was done at an expensive price. The rooms are not great. There is no hood in the shower, no mosquito net, no shoehorn. Nails were sticking out of the baseboards. Cleanliness is not very good. If there are no other options, you can stay overnight. The breakfast was very tasty (I ordered an amlet), it’s better to drink coffee at a gas station than spoil the impression.

The hotel is almost empty on New Year's holidays. 2 pairs of visitors. But the restaurant is open every evening and is active for celebrating corporate events and New Year's holidays. We got a room on the 2nd floor, which was very small even for a couple. The peculiarity of the hotel is bathrooms without heating and heated towel rails, cold tiles. This is good for summer, but not for winter. We asked for a heater, as it was very cold to take a shower in this room. What they offered was a luxurious room on the 3rd floor with a large room and a wrought-iron bed. Beautiful, convenient and no extra charge. But the bath is the same. The rooms are warm. The breakfast is very tasty every day and varied. Respect to the cook! But the restaurant pretty much cools down until the morning after the parties and we go down to the hall in winter jackets. The service is excellent. The girls are friendly and do their work with passion and seriousness. I give it five!
