➜ Good, cozy, clean hotel. The windows and balcony of our two-story room overlooked Deribasskaya Street.
Well… The location of the property is excellent. That's it. There is no way this hotel/apartments deserves three stars. The price for a two bedroom suite is affordable but I would not mind paying more for proper service and I am certain most customers would. So, the suite was on the third floor (if you have accessibility issues like my husband does, please beware that nobody will offer assistance), the stairs leading up to the suite were in DANGEROUS condition, fixing that tile would take a few hours, complete ignorance and disregard for customer's wellbeing on behalf of management and ownership, when I brought it up with housekeeping and reception staff — they simply shrugged their shoulders. The suite was infested with cockroaches, housekeeping supposedly called exterminator but it certainly did not work (I will never know whether they actually called the exterminator or not…), I wanted to pay extra to get a room on a floor with normal stairs and hopefully no roaches but reception staff said both Odessa Executive Suites and Hotel Milano were fully booked. Honestly, I truly hope the owner fixes the stairs and addresses issues with pest control because as I have said, location of the property is perfect. Also, the sink in the bathroom was cracked, the toilet was leaking and seemed to have been installed badly and there was little to no hot water in the shower. I must admit, they did change towels daily, replenished toilet paper and made the bed.
