Very good hotel very good people.

Beautiful place! Cosy, clean, friendly people! =)

Staff — topical eastern European (not cheerful), room small, ventilation problemas. Not flexible with payment (if cash only grivna, and upfront). But good breakfast. And clean.

Family friendly hotel, close to the sea line. Great food, amazing staff, all facilities are brend new. Would strongly recommend and most likely come back! / Great family hotel, great breakfasts, great cuisine with children's menu. Caring staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The hotel is close by the sea. Out of the negative — very lacked kettle I recommend and I hope to return here again!

Beauty. The sea is nearby. The rooms are very clean. There are bicycles for rent. The restaurant is very good.

Did the celebration in the Banquet hall. Price as everywhere, but the food is just space, and taste too! Very pleasant and helpful staff, no pitfalls. In the end all the food honestly was collected in sudochki (though sudochki your or 10 UAH/PCs. )

Great hotel. The staff was very friendly and veusnye. The room was clean and the bathroom was greedy. On a site it is possible to take advantage of discount. The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant. We arrived twice and still plan.

Great location. Even the economy rooms are perfectly clean. In the morning breakfast buffet. It's scalding. Coffee, eggs, soups, salad, desserts, fruit, a pile of sausages and sordelek, scrambled egg, dairy dishes. In general, the morning gives a great mood…

The hotel is OK. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Cozy green courtyard with high firs. There is parking. The room was clean. Gorneinno wait for money, but otherwise in the room will not be cleaned. To the sea a mine 10 walk, back will be much longer, it is necessary to climb up stairs. There is a tram stop next to the station.

I stayed in this hotel for a long time and the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.
The tables that were located in the room and on the balcony were terribly shaky, just sit and a little bit of a break was impossible T. K. All that stands on the table will be on the floor.
The chair that stood near the table in the room, separately deserved praise, not only that was posarpan, so also the seat was torn off, which caused a small injury to the finger.
Refrigerator, it is a miracle technique, on the bottom shelf were drinks, but if you open the door sharply, all that stands on this shelf will be on the floor, because the stick which in fact should keep the contents was broken and Priotana Scotch! (Junior suite, and they fix the fridge using Scotch! )
The bed linen caused me a terrible allergy on my hands and face, (+ a finger trauma because of a chair), I would not come back here again.
The receptionist who came to our room and listened to all our complaints, tried to convince us that we had to go down to the front desk and report a problem in the room so they could fix it (well, we came to point out their shortcomings, not to rest), and about Refrigerator (which was repaired with Scotch tape), it did say that it is a human factor (! ).
The breakfast was very good.

Everything is nice, good food, bad smell in the toilet and late cleaning service.

Good Wi-Fi. Great apartments, very clean and comfortable. Close to the sea side.

The hotel itself is excellent value for the money — clean, kept up well, friendly and helpful staff, really good and inexpensive restaurant on the premises. Good breakfast too. The area around the hotel is not great though. Narrow, dark and broken sidewalks, sketchy zebra crosswalks which a good proportion of the drivers pay zero attention to. Nothing extraordinary if you're used to Ukraine, but this ain't your tourist friendly city centre. Not far from a good beach.

The restaurant serves delicious, the prices are average, making terrific dishes but the girls-waitresses as sleepy flies.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable, small requests execute very quickly. To the Center far enough (approximately 25 minutes by car) to the 10-15 minutes on foot.

Stayed in this hotel once in September 2014, was very pleased with everything. In the standard room had everything we needed: fridge, Hairdryer, TV, air conditioning and other necessary stuff. The staff is polite. Great location, quiet, clean, well-kept grounds. The restaurant offers breakfasts and Lunches (the latter for a reasonable price, then it was 70 UAH). The sea is very close, walking distance to shore 10 minutes. The only thing — Breakfast down the stairs. A lot of them :) Therefore lifting will require effort. By my count get ready to climb the 11 floor. But if you have a car, you can drive up. For me, the last criterion is the price, and because moderation and value for money also want to note. Will gladly come again.
