I had a defective booking on my bank account.
We paid cash because the money card terminal didn't worked. But two days later I saw that money was booked two times from my account. We also asked for a recipe of cash paying, but didn't get one. Also the claim that hostel world didn't transfer the partial payment was wrong, so in total we paid 209, 65€ instead of 64, 26€.
Please send me a official recipe that we paid the hostel cash so I can get the money back from the bank which was wrongly booked.
