➜ An administrator can bring his friends. With which they can have a pretty good laugh, drink, and smoke. After my comments, I'm an administrator and I can do it, even though the rules forbid it. I go to the restroom smell burning, floors are filthy, ash on the toilet lid. There's no order, the administration doesn't make any comments to anyone. It's a very nice place to stay. I don't recommend this place, you can sleep quietly.
