Very mixed feelings and impressions. On the one hand, the girl at the reception was pleased with professionalism and affability, and the guy helped to bring my 24 kilogram suitcase to the third floor. The hall is pretty, the ceilings are outanding and the stairs are beautiful. But still the disadvantages are much more, and they are very conspicuous. Old rooms, mine was standard on the 3rd floor with no air conditioning. The heat at night was terrible. The bed is hard, Old, with springs palpable on the body, it was impossible to sleep. Behind the windows, which did not want to close, because the frames are about that bloated (wanted to close the windows, as all night from the street there was a loud noise, as if there was a huge refrigerator outside my window, and I was ready to endure the heat, but the windows did not close! ) mercilessly noisy. The fridge times are awful, I didn't even turn it on so although the food was (had to put it on the sink in the bathroom). The bathroom itself was old, the shower stall is covered with a layer of something very old that just doesn't show up. The furniture is old, the parquet floors are creaky. And there's no elevator in the hotel. I put my heavy suitcase down by myself at 5 a. M. It's terrible. Dry rations — one name. There's no more leg. The owner needs to seriously think about repairs, elevator and new furniture, because the current condition causes almost only negative emotions and memories. Staff at the level. Well done.

This hotel is historic and right in the center of Odessa. I could walk around the nicest touristic places. I even visited the market by tram. Quality of the room is below standard, but I could sleep comfortably. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast included. This hotel is well recommended to budget tourist.

The hotel itself is not bad. The location is impressive. This hotel breathes ancient and historical value. Unfortunately, the walls, the doors and the corridor are very thin.
The room didn't have air conditioning, but it wasn't hot. We could have opened the window.

There is no air conditioning in the room. Cockroaches are running. The underwear is clean. Towels change once a day. Polite staff. It's only because of him that I put three stars.

Historic center, convenient and close to all the beautiful places. It's a long way to the sea. Parking is so small that it is almost non-existent. A good option to stop for a walk in Odessa.

Great Hotel! The center of the city and at the same time very budget! Breakfasts are included, the kitchen is delicious. If you want to stay in Odessa and not much to spend on housing-it's here!

The interior of the room — the collapse of the Soviet Union. Old Windows, the door, the same sounds from the corridor very audible. Instead of one the beds are old, creaky deck chair. The toilet is clean, but of cheap plastic. TV — a small lens. There is a refrigerator. The dryer is not, as well as drinking water. Breakfast included in the price. No complaints to him. Tasty and satisfying. There is no Internet.

I didn't like it there at all! The site photos are generally different. The pictures are beautiful and fangled but as soon as you come to the hotel you know that you were deceived!

Prices are reasonable, in the center of the city.

Looks good but it's really bad. They offer rooms for long rental services. Got one and that was my worst decision in 10 years. They suck at everything, on top of that, they give you an old and totally worn out stuff and when it spoils or develops faults under 2 or 3 days, you are forced to pay for a brand new one. Someone told me this but I turned deaf ears only to face the exact same thing. I used their old electric cooker just for 4 days and it stopped working just like that. I reported the case and I was told to pay for a new one. I highly don't recommend.

The location is excellent and the hotel is just a few minutes walk The building is old, it is impressive. The breakfast was very good. The Butler or guard kindly conveyed the suitcases to the room. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, promptly solved absolutely all the problems that we have. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Thank you for that. For the option just spend the night, and the rest of the time to walk-a great hotel. As in our priorities there was first of all a location in the center. Because of the old wooden windows in some rooms the wind walks. But at the first request gave the heater. The pressure in the shower was weak, the metal floor fell. First put in the emergency room (the pipe fell, from the sewer leaked disgusting smell), but after moved to another of the same class. No Wi-Fi in the place. The TV did not show almost anything, no noise and no sound. And yet, the hotel staff tried hard, and for the option, when you spend all day in the city, quite well, so 3 + or 4 rooms require a small renovation, but also worth considering that the hotel positions itself as a 2-star (sometimes indicated 3). So in general were satisfied.

The location is perfect, the interior décor is very delighted, but… It's a light gloom. Children's camp. Although, when changed room (single economy 520 UAH) It turned out to be very tolerable. But I would like more comfort… Our guys had a shower, right into the room, others had no hot water. We smelled of sewers. Although, the windows overlooked the courtyard, which was very good. The view from the window was very high.

Good location in the city center. May not be modern, but clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious. Breakfasts. Our son and I liked it.

Плюсы: Отличное расположение в самом центре города. Минусы: Ванная комната выглядела как в больнице – большая, белая и пустая. Шторки не было, дверь в ванную не закрывалась на защелку. Номера одного класса разные, а цена одинаковая. Другая комната была сильно меньше, но с нормальной душевой комнатой. Входные двери большие, но деревянные, потресканные и с плохим замком. Оставлять что-либо в номере опасно. Совок без современного ремонта, хоть и с современной (но дешевой) мебелью.

Старое здание, что делает отель более интересным. Высокие потолки и лестница. В основе все ветхое, но очень ухоженное. Очень чисто. Завтрак странный. Выбор очень маленький. В целом, соответствует цене.

I do not understand how we managed to settle here, tomorrow we will leave this nightmare. The room was very clean. There's not even a lift. Yes there are cheap rooms around $50 per night, but there are also normal hotels for the same prices without cockroaches. If you do not like eggs and want to have breakfast here, do not recommend this hotel)

Dusty, the Breakfast is burnt and been. The room was OK. Wifi in hallway only catches. The TV had four days of only 3 channels. The horror of any who do not advise, though district and pleasant.

Cheap and central located. Sovjet style, spirals in the matrosses you can feel, shower works. Everything is ok, take it as an experience to the sovjet times and you will be happy about it.

Two stars for two stars. I certainly understand that there are different target audiences and income are all different, but when I got to the hotel I breathed a terrible spirit of a scoop. The Soviet Union (the worst value) here everywhere — starting from flooring and colored walls to 40ваттными lights and total darkness. The only thing distracting from the overall style — pretty friendly staff.

The noise from the street. The rooms are clean, bed clean. Breakfast is weak. A very convenient location.
