Excellent location, in the center of all odessa's attantion. We didnt take the breakfast included deal because the location is loaded with resturants and bars. Comfy rooms with very unique style and vibe.

The hotel could claim the best. But it's not worth the money. Minus one and big — there is no freshness. The feeling that the last time the repair was about 10 years ago. Pros: a good location, the most that on there is a center. Next to the theater. Duke. With Deribasovskaya. The staff are friendly. There is a car park in front of the hotel.

Sometimes in the morgning we can not eat breakfast because they Said that we have not paid I go to the reception snybody say sorry because they look in the register and its alteady paid but anybody Said sorry Very good start I booked a suit and I have to paid extra for my friend and when I booked I booked a swit for 3 people : ( Not good.

Out of cons: Give out only one key per room, in the terrible heat the fan in the elevator does not work. The air conditioning unit doesn't work in the room. The restaurant is located in the heart of the city. There is an outdoor area, which is perfectly equipped and landscaped. The hall of the restaurant is medium-sized with large windows that overlook the Opera House. Of the cons that spoil the interior it is worth noting the sink, grill, utensils and other accessories installed right in front of the windows facing the main street, it only spoils the view. The staff are polite but slow, it is more important for them to communicate with each other than accepting an order.
Of the pluses a good kitchen and very tasty coffee. I would say this place is worth a visit to try coffee.

Nicely fitted but no early breakfast and they want to check your room before they let you out. Aircon not very effective.

Four star hotel in the heart of the city, every year is improved and modernized, though it is in a very historic building. From here it is easy to apply to Deribasovskaya where the feast boils 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The hotel itself stands directly in front of the Odessa National Academic Theatre of opera and ballet. But far away from the hotel is not worth it, the hotel restaurant will delight you with Odessa and foreign cuisine. Also here you can roll a dashing banquet whether it's a conference or a wedding, the central REGISTRY office is just around the corner.

On May 14, a conference on gender equality in media and advertising was held in the Greek Hall of the Mozart Hotel. We thank the organizers of the event for the opportunity to communicate on an important topic for society. A huge thank you to the restaurant staff for friendly service, varied menu and tasty treats.

The hotel is three stars no more. The rooms are small and the corridors are very confusing. The suitcase is not comfortable. The place is very comfortable, right next to the opera, but all the Windows overlook the courtyard. Therefore, the hotel can approach those who like silence. The breakfast is poor and it is impossible to sit on the morning sun on the terrace.

Clean rooms, right next to the Opera House. The service is excellent. The only thing-parking places a little, often all busy.

Kategorichnski not recommend! I haven't even met in the USSR. Disgusting attitude to the guests! The room was very clean. Offered to stay in a room next to a couple of hours. Three hours later, I was asked to wait three hours to 18 o'clock. From 18 o'clock till my return to the hotel at 23 o'clock no one about my resettlement has remembered and no calls from the administration were received. Probably decided that it will do! All this time I could not unpack things and do personal business in anticipation of relocation! I broke all the plans and practically stole the day from the life of the Hotel Mozart! In 23.30 after the scandal I deigned to give my number!

Money down the drain. Horrible "Deluxe" room. 1. Poorly cleaned bathroom (horrible stock) could not drain the water as the tube is firmly sucked. Had to call 3 times maid. In the end, enjoyed the shower! Although poslanim was to take a bath. 2. Poorly cleaned room, stains on the carpets. 3. Manual that reluctantly went to the meeting to return the money for 2 day stay. Was paid 3 days in advance. After 1 day I warned that I would move out, poedateli another room which was similar. Refused rooms, at the end sooo reluctantly returned the money. Sorry guys kotoran work at this hotel. It is time to repair this rarity. In General was very razocharovaniy the hotel.

The first room that provided-quiet horror! Small, the windows have no handles but what was most surprising! The windows were riveted by a black, opaque film! Tightly! We asked to change the room. A room with a view of the Opera House… Seemingly? Yes? In no! Not so good! Dusty, stink old oil, bath dirty. There is no drinking water, no glasses, no signs "do Not Disturb" in the room. The staff is a bug. The waiter has a sweet! The maid we called 4 times! Hour! Had towels. Asked to replace everything, brought one. For the remark to pick up the used replied: "Well, bring them to me. " The noise in the room from the restaurant was creepy. The windows are dirty. Ruined all the rest. It is time to do the restoration of the hotel + probably change management! If you have such a terrible attitude to guests!

Love this place, third stay never disappointed. Perfect location, amazing food at the restaurant with White glove service.

Beautiful view from the window spoiled bad waiters, or rather we are lucky of all the most hamovitiy. Not to replace the devices, not to carry on with itself not one request she did not fulfill. The atmosphere is cozy, interestingly executed ceilings.

Excellent location to everything you want to do in Odessa. Beautiful entrance and lobby, sorry not wheelchair friendly. Staff treats us with professionalism and polite response to questions and concerns. Few concerns though. Building has been remodeled over the years, so expect creativity in the floor plan and room layouts. If you want specific features be certain to make the request with your booking. It is a popular destination and rooms are unique. This is to say, I loved my room, but my friends room was not to his taste. Be certain to ask for specific features if you have specific expectations. I've been to Odessa 7 times, this room was the best balance of features and cost for me. I will return.

Hotel located in the heart of Odessa next to the famous Opera theater Deribasowslya street, Potemsky stairs, Odessa port, museums, and parks. Hotel is very clean and staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is wonderful that has famous local cuisine. I stayed there a couple of times for a few weeks at a time and highly recommend it.
