Good ambient, very nice rooms, luxury bathroom, very good breakfast, English speaking personnel, next to their own irish pub that they offer discounts for food and free cocktails for hotel guests.

Prices are high. The lock in the toilet doesn't work. The waiters are good. Lots of tourists because it's also a hotel. It's a little noisy. The interior is old. And it should be swept more often. The call to give the bill was answered with 3 times! And they put other orders on 100 UAH! It was 4, it was 3.

Loved. It's a good place. The maids, the front desk are all good. Very nice. We'll be back here.

Nice and cozy hotel in the city centre, only 200 meters from Opera House and 100 meters from main street (Deripassovskaya street). Good breakfast selection, pancakes and fresh fruits. Nice and friendly staff. Great restaurant for the lunch and dinner.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, very thoughtful reception, but for me noisy. No noise from the hallway, no sleep. Heating only in the bathroom, batteries as such no, heat can only be using the air conditioning system, only included in the heating.

Meat, bytky, sausages and roast bacon. If you want, you can ask for your oatmeal on the milk or on the water-your choice-to order the advice in advance on the phone. There's a restaurant on the first floor, and a great Irish pub. I can only point out a very unprofessional service received in hotel travel agency. It feels like they're doing a favor, that they're communicating with you. I almost forgot, always ask for a window number that goes into the patio, not the Deribasovskaya, or you'll have to sleep with closed windows (wild noise). Have a nice rest!

I stayed here for 3 days. Great service its pretty cheap too. It is right in the center so the location is good, but if you sleep with the window open its loud. But if you sleep with it closed you cant hear a thing. They have a bar and the Wi-Fi worked great.

I always choose this place for meal when I am in this city. Good staff good cousine.

Great Place, stayed here for two weeks and the service, staff and food was friendly and tasty (not the staff ;-) ). One thing wasn't so well, if you are staying in the lower floors that are faced towards the street you gonna hear a lot of street life and music going on. Not the best thing if you need to sleep. But the staff speaks english very well, so I guess if you explain it to them, they will take care of it.
