Its beach. It's a big area. There's a playground. Cafe, dining room (very decent, lots of dishes). Cozy and clean rooms. Security throughout the base. Loved the base, the staff are friendly. Recommend!

Not bad as for the occupied price segment. Unambiguous advantages — the price of the room and the location of the hotel right on Deribasovskaya near the park. Many tourist sites are within walking distance. In a standard room standard amenities — internet, refrigerator, TV, shower, toilet. It's neat. The downsides may be temporary, as we were in the hotel during the renovation period — construction all over the first floor, defects in room repairs — an unattached TV bracket (the TV just leaned against the wall) and poorly fitted doors or just noise from builders :)

A wonderful location. The staff are attentive, courteous and professional. Clean and cozy rooms (I like bunk) they have some intrigue. It's quieter in the rooms, the windows of which overlook the patio. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but this is compensated by the huge number (for every taste and price category) cafe on the street.

No ventilation (! ) and no air-conditioning even in single room. No curtains on the window in single room (this room is opposite to locals' windows). Bathroom — dirty, old. Electric cabels are everywhere.

Location The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

This place is horrible in every sense. Booked the room a month and a half through the booking and when we arrived — it turned out that I'm on the waiting list. Staff just rent the room to someone who will pay more and don't care about guests. At the reception sits boorish real. The day before our arrival, my girlfriend wanted to settle there and was in shock. The dormitory rooms Luggage storage is no thoroughfare. Parking them either, although the booking says that there is. Do not order anything here.

The city centre is convenient. Everything you need at hand, ranging from the sights and ending with food. No kitchen. Kettle and microwave. The hostel is always open to come back at any time. The purity monitor.

Yesterday just returned from a holiday, which is held unforgettable. On holiday I went with my husband and our friends (another young couple). Hotel chosen and booked our satellites. In principle, therefore I even do not know what to expect. But on arrival was very glad first hotel was in the heart of town on Deribasovskaya Str. Secondly to the sea 10 minutes by car, thirdly, in the heart of the city such an abundance of attractions that during the whole week long vacation we did not have time to see everything! I am very happy with our trip.

Good location for all the family and were very pleased. The hotel has a nice young men. Rooms are bright and cosy. There are all necessary services.
