➜ Great place for a relaxing family holiday. Hot water depends on the sun and in the number of tourists, but it is a trifle. The staff is nice. Food not very varied and not too expensive. But in General liked it :)

The food is unhealthy, mayonnaise and fried all over the place, without the possibility of changing anything. Choosing food without a choice!
Children are not allowed to eat at all!

The staff are unprofessional, and rude.
Tatiana (apparently the administrator) is not competent, and also is not able to solve issues with customers, which is unacceptable when conducting this type of business.
Olga Petrovna, (judging by the duties, the manager of armor and resettlement) ignores you, if there is any problem. Just doesn't answer the phone.
I sincerely feel sorry for the owners of this institution, they do not know what is going on in their business. Or they don't want to know what's also sad, and wait for everything to rot by itself!
