➜ I would not recommend it to anyone.
Our room was tiny, there was nowhere to turn around. From the drain in the shower stank of sewage (called plumbing which advised us to just turn on the hood! ), and hot water was only in the general shower, that is, there are solar panels, heating too little water on a huge number of rooms. It was stuffy due to the lack of air conditioning (August month).
Gazebos on the territory in a very poor condition, at the reception is often no one (by the way at the settlement of the pledge to leave a passport! ). At eviction very long waited, on the numbers indicated on a site did not take a tube. We were evicted after an hour (! ).
From the pluses-remoteness from the center, more or less quiet location and its large territory, there is a place to leave the car. Also near the water park Koblevo (5 minutes on foot) and dolphinarium.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
➜ I had a vacation at the cottage in July 2016. The room was clean and the rooms were great, and the breakfast was very good. Minus, Wi-Fi and satellite TV on the five ballroom in a sturdy unit.
