By my experience a 3 stars+. Close to ringroad of Lviv, but with closed windows no noise, clean, excellent friendly staff, guarded parking (! ), minimarket and gas station at site, nice little restaurant with well priced dishes and tasty breakfast — paid 600 UAH /20 EUR for a single incl. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommendable!
