Definitely 5. Great breakfast, location and cosiness. 2 minutes from the central square.

Very good location and friendly staff. Room is good size and very comfortable bed. There is minibar (you can use it as fridge). Breakfast and coffee options are excellent. Highly recommend it! Use the hotel parking as it’s secure and only 60 hyn.

Beautiful hotel. Attention to the smallest detail. Nothing is too much trouble. Friendly and respectful staff. Rooms well set out. Beds so comfy. Excellent location for the culture and history of Lviv. I recommend this hotel and I will be going back again.

It's a fairy tale! I'll start with what impressed me personally. The hotel is very beautiful, all the stairs are made of wood, the beauty is incredible, especially cool to climb the lookout on the tiny wooden winding staircase:) It is a little bit skewed from time, a little bit scary, but cool:) The interior is super! So cozy, so soulful. And moving on the hotel as a result you realize that walked in a circle:) So wonderful! The hotel staff is smiling, mostly youth. Everything is very friendly. Breakfast was good. There is no sense to enumerate, everything is served! Well that's just all! The hotel is in the Samsenka center of Lviv. There are some attractions around. On the reception you can take a map of Lviv. Taxi from the hotel to the station is only 70uah. Come, you will not regret!

Very clean and nice hotel. Usually not a busy place with many people running around. Friendly and helpful staff. Frontdesk is amazingly helpful. Defo a place to consider for staying when in Lviv. Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. Strong Wi-Fi signal in whole hotel. Restaurant they work with is ok enough for breakfasts.

The hotel is centrally located, everything is close by, very convenient. But on a very busy traffic street, even with closed windows noisy and sometimes shakes furniture from passing cars…
The rooms are very nice and clean. The windows of the bathroom may be unusual, but when the night turn on the light in the bathroom, it is very light in the room, it is not very pleasant. The room has everything for a comfortable stay, but already overpriced bathrobes and at arrival we had for some reason less than half a roll of toilet paper, which for two nights of accommodation we have not replenished.
Breakfast is varied, everyone will find for themselves food to taste, but the staff, very noisy behaves in the kitchen, that even a nice classical music will not hide their screams.

The rooms are small but comfortable. The rooms have a standard mini bar, but there is no elementary tea set. The breakfast was very good. The service staff is friendly. Not very convenient that there is no free parking. Although on the opposite side of the road for car parking there are several places belonging to the hotel, but to put the car is possible if there is a place and responsibility for it does not carry.

This small hotel in Lviv is truly exceptional, the staff, both restaurants, the Terrace and the Valentine have 5 Star hotel quality food. Close to city Center. The price is great!

Not worth the name, armchairs of the Times of the USSR, sofas too "springs Press" Ugliness!

Probably one of the best places to stay in the city center of Lviv. Hotel's rooms are soundproofed. All rooms are different. And it's surprisingly inexpensive for comfort and service level it offers.

Wonderful hotel, with great service, very comfy large rooms and a nice sauna. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Turned up late at the last minute after intending to drive to Kiev today. We were promptly offered a lovely spacious room at very reasonable price and shown to private gated parking right next to the hotel. Unfortunately we'd already eaten earlier so couldn't have a full meal but ordered a soup from the restaurant which was delicious! The rest of the menu looked fantastic shame we didn't try it this time. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is a very high level, to me there's been good, I recommend!
