Very nice hotel, good food and friendly and helpful staff. Recommendable.
➜ Today on the 17th at 9 PM came to the hotel where I was told that the reservation is in my name and no of seats available in the hotel there for two days. And you know, dear administration of hotel Copa and HR Manager I like asking questions. I speak in Russian language, as the citizen of the Russian Federation. Your staff is so much fun decided to play a trick with undesirable citizens, guests, can You support genocide, or You have people not speaking Ukrainian are undesirable and objectionable to the court of Your hotel? And can You 17, the number of forum publishing happened and You decided to give Podkumok the room was just booked by phone without pre-payment? Business nothing personal? Of course not, my beloved former hotel could not do this disgusting, because hotel business is one of the most customer-oriented and You are of course very interested in the fate of Your put out of guests, including children!
