Premier Hotel Dnister

I stayed here 2 nights, As a Premier club member I was offered one free night for my birthday, The offer had included a free gift from the hotel for your birthday. At check in I booked a suite the front desk said I had a regular room with 2 beds. They apparently found my suite later. Which is funny because you never get a free upgrade when its a mistake. I asked the front desk about my free birthday gift they said I would get it in the morning. Morning comes and I was told my birthday is not today but in February? Makes no sense I know when my birthday is and the front desk made me come with my passport again to verify. The manager said ill get my "gift" soon. I waited all day nothing. I asked for a shaving kit and never got it even. When asking for housekeeping I had to call 4 times waited 7 hrs for someone to clean my room. When checking out the front desk lady when asking why I never got my birthday gift from the hotel she said they dont offer it anymore? Why would 4 other staff and manager say I would get something and even get an email from the hotel directly stating it makes no sense. This hotel is advertising false info. Not that I care about a gift but dont offer something you cant commit to.

It's not a quality of 4th stars.
The air conditioner control is broken in my room and lights & works not from the first touch.
The single bed I've booked consists of 2 small ones.
The water sprinkler in the shower was not cleaned, 1/3 of the holes were blocked.
But the dinner is good.
Do not recommend the hotel.

Nicely located by the park. Quiet setting. KMost rooms are newly refurbished. Standard rooms are small but modern, suites are large but a bit more traditional. Front-desk staff extremely helpful. Parking in abundance. Restaurant is slow and some staff uncaring.

Great place with a breathtaking view!

Hotel has quite location, next to the park, but it is a bit up the hill and it takes 15 minutes of walk to the old city. Comfortable and bright room, very comfortable bed, good hot shower, friendly and helpful staff, good view, the breakfast buffet is also good and has a good variety of different foods. Rooms are always clean and have all facilities you need. Bathroom is also big with all the necessary toiletries. So, if you don’t mind to walk to the city center back and forth 30 min it's your hotel.

Five stars. Excellent city view and comfort.

Difficult to give this 4 stars compared to Western 4 star hotels. That being said, my room was certainly 4 stars but lobby and restaurant is certainly dated. Elevators are really small. The location is amazing. Quiet and on the edge of a beautiful park and 15 min walk to the center.

Good food, perfect city viewpoint.

I stayed four nights at Premiet Hotel Dnister in Lviv and can't say enough about my experience. The beautiful Hotel, friendly and helpfull staff, wonderful food, perfect location… all five star! I would highly reccomend Premier Hotel Dnister Lviv and will return. Thank you!
