Old TVs, maybe 10-12 years old. Very dirty room, although it was supposed to be a deluxe. Cleaning is simply terrible, a 0/5, not 1/5. They rarely change the towels. The room smelled very stuffy and strange. They never made the bed, not once. They never changed the bed linens or pillow cases, ever. No new soap bar, after staying for 13 days. Very careless cleaning staff: 2 spiders in one bathroom, one was very large, and nobody even bothered to clean those cobwebs and spiders which were very visible, unless you are totally blind. Dirty toilet bowl with stubborn fecal skid marks and stains that are very visible. Gross. No vacuuming. It's just nasty; zero cleaning standards. Honestly, this is one of the dirtiest, if not the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel, not by any stretch of the imagination. This is not even a good 3-star hotel. Maybe it is a bad 3-star hotel, or a normal 2-star hotel. But no way is this a 4-star hotel. That said, their restaurant, in the park, is barely "ok" and the location of the restaurant and hotel is strategically good and close to the city center. Overall, I would never recommend this nasty hotel, at all.

Restaurant only. To be frank and honest, I pity the young staff that does its best to run the restaurant serving to their best.
Unfortunately, the system that should back up their efforts is badly organised. It does take ages to get served after ordering and the sequence is not always as one may expect. That is really a shame considering that the food by itself is good and tasty. But, why does a freshly BBQed piece of meat or vegatables have to lay on a cold wooden plate for such a long time untill been taken to the customer as such that all the food is unpleasantly cold?
It's good to have a relative limited menu, since that makes sure the choice is available and it makes the kitchen organisation good workable. What could go wrong? That remains the big question here, but it did and in reality spoiled the pleasure of what could have been a well taken care of dinner.
Come on management, back up your hard working serving staff as such that the organisation will be smooth and adequate according to the needed standards. You did it before :)
