We stayed here for 4 days. The place is really worth it. Maybe the breakfasts aren't such great (at least during our stay — 3 months ago). But everything else was perfect. They even have cameras to monitor the parking spots.

Very cozy place and expensive as for Ukraine. For European people it won't be the case. The meals are ordinary however very well served. The place is clean and has very good choice of wine, mostly overpriced from local region. The french and Italian wine are very expansive. Manu has traditional meals with good combination of souses. Cons, on the terrace many people smoke and makes the restaurant unpleasant to stay when you want to enjoy the food. However I think the waitress should be more educated to stop such people. The restaurant is not the place for smoking. However it might come later with understand. Cheers.

Fabulous hotel. The staff ate welcoming and more accomdating than any other place Ive been to. A beautiful hotel, boutique but with modern furnishings. Pub is nice and food is good. The hotel is off the main streets but very close to the action as well. This hotel was one of the highlights of my time in the ukraine. A definite recommendation.

My sister and I shared a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking a city park across the street. The geraniums we're beautiful. We had a very nice dinner of traditional Ukrainian food served by a wonderful waiter, Alex. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We stayed at two other hotels during our visit to Lviv and the Chopin was my favorite. It was very classy. I left a sweater and a scarf and some favorite haircare bottles in one of the hotels. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to a it ticks all the right boxes. We always try to stay there if we need a place in Lviv and every time the service and staff are just outstanding. They have very attentive and polite team who make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty. It also has family rooms available which makes it very easy for the stay with kids. It is also located very close to the old city. Definitely reccomend this place.

The hotel is really nice, the big room with a great view on a lovely little square. The staff is very helpful.

Nice atmosphere, trained and qualified staff, the restaurant is tasty and peaceful. Good selection of wines. Really centric place. Well, the decorator worked well, wonderfully passed the festive and at the same time cozy atmosphere.

2nd time in here and again really rude staff. If and when they get off their phones (Facebook etc). Then proceed to ask you "what you want" and "what you expected" perfect English from them. I was with four people and we was going to eat here but for the arrogant rude 20 something boy serving drinks with attitude and then followed me out of the bar area and questioned me on where I was going. Well as it happens I was going to enquire about a table for 5 with the restaurant staff but told the boy I was looking for the toilet. Your loss Chopin, review your staff qualities if you want customers.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. 5 min walk to many famous places and the old town. Lovely staff and service. Price and quality match. To improve : Breakfast is good and tasty but little choice. Hot meals must be served at one time all sitting at the same table. In General, the evaluation of 4.9/5! We are very happy.

Wonderful family place, beautiful Christmas decoration emphasizes the pre-holiday atmosphere:) ), very pleasant and friendly staff. Convenient location just a couple of minutes walk from the center. Elegant Kitchen (we ate in different places but about steaks I can say that so far there are no analogues in Lviv, wonderful breakfasts) there is parking. Definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

Everything was nice. But there were nobody that cleaned our room. Considering the price compared to other hotels in Lviv, I think it should be basic service, to clean rooms.

Very quiet and friendly place with all you can ask for the money compared to EU cities. Few minutes walk from Opera and city hall square. Just a drawback: no breakfast buffet but a credit amount to spend on menu card with relative small choices but all quality food.

Near the center, trained staff, there is a car park, good kitchen, quiet square near the hotel. Breakfast should be organized, takes a lot of time, 40-50 minutes from the order to the service, if you hurry very uncomfortable.

Splendid city hotel with an attentive and caring staff. Located within walking distance of the historical part of Lviv at the same time in a quiet and picturesque location. The hotel's restaurant offers delicious food, especially recommend dessert pears in white wine and Yes herring on the grill was good, and such a delicious khachapuri I never tried. Recommend this hotel!
