+ Newly renovated, clean and spacious apartments; + Girls at the reception very helpful; — Extremely noisy: traffic noise from a very busy street (earplugs don't help), noise inside the building (neighbors talking, walking, etc. In the apartment below ours — were well heard) ; — Smell of gas from the gas heater in our room (apartments are equipped with individual gas heaters to provide hot water) ; — Cigarette smoke coming thru windows into the rooms from the inner yard where one of the administrators is constantly smoking.
