SPA Hotel

Yes, the hotel offers convenient on-site parking, which has been positively noted by guests.

Guest feedback regarding the staff is mixed. Many describe the team as top-notch, highly attentive, welcoming, and quick to resolve any issues, sometimes offering complimentary treats as a gesture of apology. At the same time, there have been complaints regarding the rudeness of the spa administrator and unprofessional behavior by front desk staff during check-in and check-out, including instances of ignoring guests and billing errors without providing receipts.

The hotel serves a buffet breakfast that many guests praise as excellent and diverse. The selection includes premium items such as oysters, salmon, and fine cheeses, alongside complimentary champagne and live music (a saxophonist). However, one guest noted a lack of basic items such as juices, fresh fruit, and porridge.

The dining options across the restaurants (including the "Skipper" and "Spiegel" restaurants) generally receive high praise for their flavor and beautiful presentation, with steaks, forshmak, and desserts coming highly recommended. A children's menu is available and well-received by young guests. Some visitors note that prices in the cafe are on the higher side, and certain main courses (such as shashlik and lyulya kebab) could use more seasoning and spice.

Reports regarding in-room amenities vary. One guest expressed disappointment that a room priced at 7,000 UAH lacked a kettle, tea, coffee, and even bottled water. Conversely, another guest highlighted having a lovely tea set in their room.

The Wi-Fi connection is inconsistent; guests report frequent disconnections or prolonged outages, making remote work at the hotel challenging.

Guest reviews of the rooms range from enthusiastic to negative. Many praise the cleanliness, coziness, king-size comfortable beds, and orthopedic mattresses. Others describe the interior as "tired" and outdated, citing small room sizes, uncomfortable mattresses, poorly adjusted balcony doors, and a lack of proper wardrobes or drying racks for swimwear. Morning window condensation has also been reported.

Certain rooms (such as the "Panorama" room) offer breathtaking lake views. Rooms with balconies are also available, providing a cozy and tranquil atmosphere.

Guests have experienced varying room temperatures, with some reporting that their rooms were too cool and others finding them overly warm.

Rooms are stocked with towels and fresh bed linen. In certain room categories, guests will find a Dyson hair dryer, making styling much easier. Additionally, some rooms welcome guests upon arrival with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and tangerines, or bedtime chocolates.

The hotel features several heated pools (including outdoor ones), hot tubs, saunas, a hammam, and a salt room. Spa access pricing is a point of contention: while some guests report that access is unlimited or included in the stay, others state that it incurs an additional charge, raising the total cost of accommodation. Cleanliness ratings vary from "immaculate" to complaints about murky water, hair in the pools and showers, a musty odor in the steam room, and worn jacuzzi equipment.

Yes, the hotel is well-suited for family vacations. Children can enjoy a playroom with plenty of toys and welcoming staff, while restaurants provide high chairs and can prepare custom meals upon request (such as oatmeal). The staff is attentive to families, assisting with pool seating and providing cribs, toys, and even teddy-bear-shaped children's soap in the rooms.

The hotel offers guests several thoughtful perks: a glass of prosecco and chocolate fondue at check-in, a bottle of prosecco with tangerines in the room, and bedtime chocolates. For birthday celebrations, special room decorations and gifts for children are provided.
