Great service, nice hotel with rooms kind of under the ground, especially for safety this location makes you feel a bit better with air raid on.
You are in the heart of the city at very walkable distance, good breakfast served for 300-400 UAH and LAUNDRY with Tumble DRYING for 200 UAH per session.
Customer service is very good, English is spoken and also Italian! Thanks to a manager at reception who’s very helpful, knowledgeable and good looking.
I recommend!
