Seven Apart Hotel in Q&A

Information is provided based on reviews and may contain inaccuracies.

Where is Seven Apart Hotel located and what is nearby?

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area of the city of Vishneve, near Kyiv. Supermarkets, including a Novus with a good deli, a market, and cafes are within walking distance (1-2 minutes). A transport hub is located nearby, providing convenient access to Kyiv via shuttle buses. One guest noted that the hotel is only a 5-minute drive from the airport.

Does the hotel have parking?

Guest opinions regarding parking are divided. Some claim that there is no parking available. Others describe it as the area adjacent to the residential building, where there is a risk of objects falling from balconies onto vehicles.

How polite is the staff and how does the reception operate?

Evaluations of the staff's performance are highly contradictory. Some guests describe the employees as friendly, polite, and responsive, noting the 24-hour check-in service. Conversely, others complain of rude behavior, especially when dissatisfaction is expressed, describing interactions as unpleasant and involving threats of fines. Issues with the administration regarding the cancellation of bookings through Booking.com were also mentioned.

What breakfast options does the hotel offer?

Breakfast can be ordered to the room. According to one guest's description, the selection is quite modest and does not include hot dishes: only buns, coffee, two types of pancakes, and sausages with eggs are offered.

Is drinking water and a tea set provided in the rooms?

In some rooms, guests found water, candies, chocolate, tea, and coffee provided as a compliment. However, other visitors complained that there was no drinking water in the rooms, despite the presence of a kettle.

Is the Wi-Fi stable at Seven Apart Hotel?

Reviews regarding the internet connection are mixed: some guests confirm the availability of free Wi-Fi, while others characterize it as "non-existent" or state that it does not work at all.

How is the soundproofing in the rooms?

The soundproofing of the property is rated negatively. Guests report that it is practically non-existent: conversations in the corridor, neighbors, noise from the playground under the windows, and the sound of renovations in adjacent rooms are audible.

What is the condition of the furniture, mattresses, and general room decor?

The condition of the rooms is a subject of much debate. Positive reviews mention cozy and clean rooms equipped with the necessary facilities. Negative reviews describe a "modern renovation" inside an old Khrushchev-era building, old furniture with chipped corners, cracked tiles in the bathroom, and cheap, uncomfortable mattresses. It is also mentioned that double beds sometimes consist of two single frames and mattresses.

Is room cleaning provided and how clean are the premises?

The situation regarding cleanliness is inconsistent. Some guests are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the floors, fresh linens, and general hygiene. Others note issues with cleaning, faded yellowish towels with stains, and a lack of interest from the staff in cleaning the room during long-term stays.

How do the ventilation and heating systems work, and are there any unpleasant odors?

The hotel lacks air conditioners and fans. One guest described the room as a "corpse refrigerator" and reported a lack of a heater and hot water. A noticeable smell of sewage in some rooms was also mentioned.

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

Rooms typically include a hairdryer, kettle, boiler, television with cable TV, a set of towels, slippers, soap, and shampoos. In some cases, a clothes brush and a shoehorn are also provided.
