➜ Decent hotel, everything is clean and tidy. Good breakfasts with excellent Espresso. Silently, the neighbors could not be heard, although all the rooms were populated. Good value is quality.

Extremely clean! Nice modern look to all furniture and fixtures. The website states Continental breakfast, but it is NOT a Continental breakfast; it is an individually prepared breakfast that changes each day of the week and is REALLY GOOD. The restaurant attached is very good as well. This is a privately owned hotel that normally caters to visitors from Ukraine and Eastern Europe so the English speaking is very limited, BUT they try extremely hard to be accommodating for those of us that don't realize we should learn something more than English to tour the world. I also used the laundry and dry cleaning services during my stay (over 2 weeks) with them, and both were excellent. Also staying at a place like this, you'll be able to get a better experience of Kyiv as a native. Their suggestions on things to see and places to eat that weren't the normal "tourist" stops were top notch. Next time I am in Kyiv I do plan to stay with them again!
