➜ A new mini-hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the staff will do everything in their power to help. Very convenient location-5 minutes walk from Khreschatyk. Excellent price/quality combination. We were very happy with our choice and will also stay at the Summit Apart Hotel in the future.

Construction noise, rooms under water, empty promises and lies on the part of hotel management//— Construction noise & impact drill During my entire stay at the hotel — on the second day my room was under water — had to move to another hotel because no other Room was free, in a supposedly equivalent hotel (Kiev-Inn apartments) — I denied the entire transfer at my own expense and without the support of the hotel management — on top of that, I lost valuable personal items in the relocation chaos.
— I have been lied to by the hotel manager twice: (1) Replacement Hotel Kiev-Inn is from the standard older and worse than Summit Aparthotel, although I was promised the opposite (2) a free extra night for my Girlfriend was denied me at the Kiev-Inn.
