A bit expensive for the services that offer. Old rooms and they offer you to change for a better one but is still not a big deal. The position is not so bad. Huge international breakfast.

Almost all the hotel staff spoke English and they were friendly and polite. Good location and great breakfast selection. Rooms were a little small and dated but contained a safe and fridge. No complaints for the very reasonable prices they charge for roooms.

The view is beautiful! Nearby a large shopping mall, the center and the station are not so far away. The hall is great, the service is wonderful! For the buffet for breakfast a special thank you, all a lot and delicious! The rooms are clean and well-groomed, though the furniture is all old already. Unfortunately, sleeping was uncomfortable, and so everything is fine.

The group settlement and we were not warned that repairs are underway. They didn't return the thing they left at the reception to the foreigner. As a result, they offered to take it away on their own, without offering options to fix the problem. Spoiled in Russia. I used to love them more. The restaurant staff, taxi services, maids are beautiful. The reception and the admins were upsetting.

Rebuilt Soviet building, small rooms, no toilets individual accessories, but there are soap and shampoo doers. There are robes, slippers, tea sets and an empty minibar. Comfortable beds. Proximity to the stadium interferes. The clock was 23-30 when the concert ended. It was impossible to sleep until that time. Breakfast is varied. There are also dishes of Ukrainian cuisine and traditional scrambled eggs and omelets, sweet. Pleased with the abundance of fruits, vegetables, drinks.

Pre-booked a room, arriving at the hotel, found out that the reservation is withdrawn! We weren't informed! We didn't apologize, they didn't offer any alternative! And even to the remark that there is no apology — did not respond!

Located in the heart of Kiev. From The subway is not far, but need to go to the hill. So It is better with a suitcase to go by taxi. Nice, comfortable rooms. Many halls for conferences, trainings. Good Breakfast buffet Style.

There is an underground parking, though the entrance-exit from it-that still quest. There even a specially trained young man manages the process! :)
The pool is very nice, comfortable bar, well delineated access system.
Did not like that in an hour after leaving the card debited money, although three times asked if I should something. No, nothing-and the bass, comes write-off. Not the amount to be scandalous-but it is unpleasant that no one even called to explain the situation.

Nice hotel with good amenities. The bars were excellent and served great food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and efficient and although the rooms were a little dated, they were really clean with both a safe and a fridge.

Nice hotel at a good price. The rooms are clean, the furniture is not super new, but not in the murdered state. Good breakfast. The view from the window to the stadium is stunning. The location is good, near Gulliver, close to the Khreschatyk. The price/quality ratio is quite suitable option.

They sold us a singleroom as a doubleroom. Absolute rip off. There was even only one towel, one Glas and so on… No go!

Hello. The hotel is a second year stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Even a gift was left in the room when found an administrator error. The breakfast on the second floor is very good.
Now about the comments: I do not understand why the rooms disappeared slippers disposable and why if the extreme night maid does not clean.

Mostly many foreigners in this hotel, conducted a lot of seminars and trainings on business and different directions! Convenient location: Historical and cultural centers at hand! Also, the hotel has nice staff and a good level of service! To stop for a few days in Kiev-just right.

Before that was at the premier Hotel Lybid. This hotel seemed much more. The breakfast choice is more. Geographically closer to the airport but perhaps far from the rest. In winter the air conditioning works only for heating, it was hot to sleep. On the ground floor smells of cigarettes, there is a bar and kind of smoke. Excellent English speaking.

It was the most wonderful borscht I have ever tasted. Clean rooms (cleaning and towel change every day) is a fairly modest stop, but everything you need (including a fridge) is. It is very convenient that there is a taxi and you can order transfer to the airport. Thank you for the service. I wanted to get back to you.

Second worst hotel experienced ever (the worst included bed bugs). Old, shabby and dirty rooms; dysfunctional. Hard pillows, no chair to the table, no space for it if it were there. Prostitutes in the lobby, and thus male guests seem to consider every unacompanied female as such. It is unsafe for women. The hotel is in urgent need of repair and a new management. One star, though, is for the restaurant, because that's okay and food is fine.

Stayed at the hotel for a forced reason-cancellation of the flight to Israel. Despite the huge number of people, with a predominance of Hasidic, placed all very quickly and professionally. The rooms are comfortable, there are even bathrobes. The truth is that in winter very hot in the room, no possibility to regulate the heating, and sleep with the window open is cold. Ordered to the room pizza, only strange that after 5 minutes after booking, it risen on 60grn. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The restaurant tasted traditional Ukrainian borsch, good, but I cook tastier;) The portion was very small however, and the waiter was noticeably surprised that I came to the restaurant to eat only one borsch… All right, there are no questions to the staff, all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Kiev.

Clean and comfortable. The room had everything you need: Lovely view from the window, TV, mini fridge, enough towels, bathrobes, hygiene products, slippers. The plumbing worked regularly. Kettle, cups, coffee and tea. If you call, the staff comes very quickly. Breakfast buffet, where a bunch of delicious food for every taste. Another of the advantages-parking in the closed area. Of the Cons: No toothbrush, and pasta, double bed was made of two beds. They always went out and it was terribly uncomfortable. Thank you! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was built in Soviet times but has since been noticeably transformed. All rooms are restored and brought into compliance with European standards. Often take big sporting events. Was host to hotels at Euro 2012. Also was the main hotels for the European hockey championship.

Nice hotel. Not noisy. It is located at a sufficient distance from the highway. The façade slightly spoils the overall picture, but the interior compensates for it. The room was nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Good solid hotel. The rooms are fine: restyled and renovated soviet planning and someplace soviet-like design. Despite before mentioned the hotel is cozy and comfortable. Special attention should be paid to the breakfast. The variety of dishes for breakfast is numerous. The food is tasty and they have a piano-player near the dining hall as a a bonus) The location of the hotel is good — easy to get to the metro and it takes 10 minutes to get to Khreshchatyk.

It's a great hotel. Although outside the building is Soviet-built, but inside everything is just super. Modern comfortable rooms, very beautiful conference rooms. Separately, I want to mention the restaurant. Breakfasts by buffet type are very diverse and tasty, at the level of good European hotels, and banquets are just super, as in modern German restaurants.

If you get a room from top floors you can get a good city view. Just make sure telling them your window sees the city view not the stadium. Also nice staff and delicious breakfast. They offer you glass of champagne charge free. But they could have had better furniture in rooms. You can find a cheaper hotels for similar conditions but I don't regret staying there.

Guys, I recommend this hotel. Nahodilsa right in the center: to downtown 5 minutes (past the Gulliver and the metro). Its a large car Park (free for guests). And Breakfast is just supermega. The service is 5. A lot of foreigners. One problem — well, very cramped room (standard), but it is a trifle. Very convenient to get to and auto and transport. Near the metro. If I go to the capital again, only there!

It looks to be on an oppidum, as the hotel is located on a "Hill". It is distant from the other buildings and feels safe. The staff is very helpful. We can print her plane ticket.
