Excellent hotel. Service is fantastic, and they went iou of their way to help with everything. Staff is friendly, and the rates are reasonable… Very good value. The facility is clean and well maintained. The location was a tad outside where I wanted to go (city center), but easy to get to with a cab. The only downside was the bar and the dining area was a little small, but they both are nice. I would definitely recommend staying here *edit — I completed my stay on July 29, 2018 and again, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. Primarily, the staff was simply incredible. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the Hilton, but other than a luxurious, high-end hotel, this has been the best service I've received. Definitely a 5 star rating. The cleaning service left a little to be desired. They showed up late in the day, and straightened up… But wasn't perfect. Again, other than minor things, this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful new hotel. Excellent service! Comfortable and at the same time all at a high European level.

The hotel is good, but it’s not worth the money. The room is small, and there is a small kitchen in it. What surprised us most was the breakfast: the “chia pudding” turned out to be a black currant smoothie, the “salmon” was represented by fish cuttings, and the “bacon” was not what you normally expect.

Decent hotel But the prices are overpriced. Design and repair tried but could not. In the hallway the cooler looks than inside the room.

Good service, high quality rooms. The price is great, though it's a bit far from downtown. Metro stop is a 5 minute walk away.

I did enjoy the stay. Very friendly staff with good English. Nice and comfy room. Bed was comfortable as well. Only thing what I would improve is breakfast. It wasn't bad but it was Very basic and it could be much nicer looking at the food prices in Ukraine. By just changing bread type it would make a huge difference.

Clean and modern. Large and comfortable rooms. Good service, good food. large supermarket nearby for supplies, not much else around but easy to get around with bus and subway.

Great place to stay! Located not far from the metro station. Hotel staff was friendly and always willing to help. I have been allowed an early check-in free of charge which I really like. I recommend this place!

Clean rooms, quiet place. A bit expensive for the area. I did not try the breakfast, but I had been able to find very good for less than requested by the hotel (10€) every day. English speaking staff.

Small rooms for the proposed cost!

All good, very friendly staff, could order as much pillows and blankets as I wanted. Single room is a 140cm bed so ok. Breakfast is okay. Location is great since directly next to a supermarket and romms have a mini kitchen.

Great hotel, the ratio price-quality outweighs to quality. Great noise isolation, quality orthopedic mattress, as a result, a deep sleep. Not far from the city center, conveniently located. Breakfast is quite decent. Liked the staff, friendly, Executive. Lived during the week was the opportunity to have a clear opinion about this hotel.
