Everything was excellent!

I booked the hotel as from what I saw online looked amazing. When I arrived it didn’t disappoint. Usually the photos are nothing like the real thing, but the Alfavito Hotel Kyiv was even better than I expected. It was in a quiet location, the entrance, reception, bar and dining areas were a striking feature as you walk in. The hotel is spacious yet secluded. The front and promenade were stunning. The rooms were big and spacious. The king size bed was more than big enough! T…he free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the TV had channels from the UK, France, Germany and of course the Ukraine. Not as though I needed this much, but there was still a news feed and connection from back home. Staff were extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. For the little money I paid I got a whole lot more than I expected. I would highly recommend the Alfavito Hotel Kyiv to anyone wanting a great hotel for their stay in Kiev, whether a long stay or short, it’s perfect in every aspect. It’s a four-star Hotel, but I’d rate it

Great service and friendly staff.

Very clean and ideal sized rooms. Location also perfect for visiting the sights (metro) and good restaurant.

I stayed here for 1 week. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, there are very good services in the hotel: laundry, service room, reception. Quality of room is ok. Good point for air conditioner in the bedroom! Useful points also: there are safebox and minibar in the room.

This was a good hotel but if you pay in advance keep in mind there may be a 300 to 400 uah in price, I'm not sure that I would stay here again. But the bright side is the laundry service, compared to many other hotels it was fast, efficient and the ladies were awesome.

I like easy parking near by, hi quality of design outside and, mostly, inside the buulding. Had there some seminars, and results were very positive. Many conference rooms and halls for coffee-breaks. Staff is well-prepated. Climate, dishes, tools… — everything is very good!

At First I wanted to move out, because I Set the cost of living above the specified in the e-mail before booking, and then the air conditioner did not work for heating. The First day at the hotel was a nightmare. On the 2nd day in all understand, have made a discount, have brought a heater and everything became excellent. And I thought this was going to be great. But at the end of the stay I asked to help with the transfer and I was called some kind of an ear man in a T-shirt on an old Hjedzhbeke for 650 UAH! Which half of the road I had in my service and business card. All! More to come here. For what the hotel can be put 4 stars, so it is for an ear.

Good hotel overall. But if the Internet is important, you are not here. Disgusting speed and stability. To work it is better to look for another place.

The hotel Inwhat even Prevzashel expectations… We were surprised by the variety of breakfast buffet and the quality of the food, especially pancakes with cottage cheese and insanely tender desserts… Rukadelnikam of such art a special Thank you also such let may trifles which can be tasted for breakfast, such as hazelnut nuts, fresh pineapples, grapefruit, etc. A variety of quality cheeses, and even sausages, fried bacon…
What Kasaetsya room, very clean cleaned, provided with all the necessary details (slippers, bathrobes, good quality washing facilities, brushes for clothes, shoes, hair dryer, drinking water, mini bar paid, on request, you can take an iron) that Kasaetsya Noise insulation is not at the highest level, but not critical. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. A lot of foreign contingent and the opportunity to meet the pop star, which already speaks about the popularity of the hotel.

Worst service ever. After staying 2 weeks in the hotel suddenly asked me to leave the hotel because it's fully booked without giving me any upgrade or alternative option. They just said sorry for that but we have a conference therefore you have to leave and come back tomorrow. I don't recommend it at all since hospitility is all about quality of service which is missing in this hotel. Even I wanted to give them less than a star but couldn't find this option because they don't deserve even 1 star.

Liked, clean, its mature style. The breakfast is good enough a decent choice, the dishes change. Loved the morning coffee on the floors. Separately I want to note the work of the staff-polite, and the waiters are fast and work so that they are not visible-it's great! Comfortable conference rooms. The only minus is expensive.

Good hotel in the center of Kiev. The presentation was presented to the clients. The conference hall is nice and clean. Instead of a TV set the projector would be better. The restaurant is very good.

Stayed here for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent and very helpful. One of my colleagues wanted to change their room from a twin to a double and they were efficient in sorting this out and even had a smile on their face despite it being nearly midnight. The room was spotless, spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent in the morning. Even the luggage porter was very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

4 star hotel and American motel prices. Clean, comfortable, good food, plenty of services. Will stay here on my next trip to Kiev.

Cv. Alfavito, tell me where is the logic? That is, if I live in Kiev and want to come to you to recharge, I need to rent a room, really?! I wonder, after your innovation at least one car charged? Please return access to the charging or revise the conditions of charging, can limit for one car per day by the number of the machine. I would be very grateful for the answer and for the positive consideration of my offer, thank you!

The fifth star is only upfront for a beautiful bar and restaurant, which did not have time to visit. And so very modestly. The rooms are the most-ordinary. It seems that everything is clean, fault that and not to what, but the usual standard is really just "standard". The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior in Holé is definitely worth seeing. But it feels like it's time to freshen up. The relatively low price hides all these flaws, so here it is.

This hotel is highly recommended. I felt very comfortable here. It is also very well suited for Semiarveranstaltungen. The food in the restaurant, is very OK, especially recommend the cold soups!

Very nice hotel. Convenient transport interchange, in 200 meters-Metro. Friendly and very friendly staff. The spacious rooms have sterile cleanliness. In addition to the standard cleaning kits, soft terry slippers and a shoe sponge were a nice bonus. And of course-morning coffee:-)
The best place for conferences and seminars. The kitchen is above all praise. The only thing that surprised-the absence of the list of Ukrainian TV channels 112 and NewsONE (probably for political reasons hotel owners:-).

Had a great stay. The service at the restaurant and bar was nice, reception was helpful. Whatever food I had was lovely, and the restaurant design was nice too. All the design in the hotel was nice, with dark grey the dominant colour. The bar layout is good. Rooms are almost as good as the things above mentioned, could be a little bit more modern. TV was rather old, not a modern flat screen as I would have expected from seeing other qualities of the hotel. I would hundred percent go back again amd would definitely recommend it. It's also close to the National Palace of Arts.

Very beautiful and stylish hotel. Rooms are big and has mini bar. Bathroom has a bath and there basic toiletries provided. Breakfast is good and had got good selections. It even has a Spa, I had a facial and it was total value for money.

Great restaurant. The rooms were not as expensive as for Kiev. There is a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant, instrumental background music plays. In the middle of the hall there is a piano, who knows how to try and shake the experience. The food is delicious, the service is top notch. A small variety of beers on tap.

Location, comfort, room, meal, but the staff is heritage in Ukraine is very seldom found a good level of service! The staff is very slow, not trying to do everything in their power that would have been happy with what people at the reception that he who calls a taxi-in view of the fact that we were late for the plane through the promised 5 minutes the machine has not arrived even after 20 minutes and this Saturday morning!

Traveling in the City-a pleasure! Nearby are all the attractions of the capital, in the hotel there are excellent restaurants where you can enjoy a truly delicious!

Recently I got to stay at the hotel Ukraine in Kiev. I was very pleased with both the location and the Interior of the hotel. Ample parking, excellent reception staff, multilingual personnel. I had a very pleasant impression in note the presence at the front desk staffed with full knowledge of the Italian language (Mr. Makiym), person of high professionalism and seriousness. Elegant and refined restaurant with staff always available to the customer. Cleanliness, tidiness and good taste in furniture, in short, a hotel that I would recommend to people who like to live well and who appreciate the convenience.
