➜ Objectively. Yes, it is not "laksheri", but for such money on such conditions… To complain about inconvenience is, from my point of view, just snobbism. The room was clean and comfortable. Yes, audibility in the corridors, but you can close the doors tighter. Yes, the first floor of the apartment building, but near the pine forest — wonderful air. Convenient transport interchange. 30-40 minutes to the center by public transport. Hot water is and really hot. There's toilet paper. Soap in individual packing is. Towels in sufficient quantity. Heater in the room. The Wi-Fi buzzing is OK. A 10 minute walk from the mini market and a couple of shops.
From the tips: near the forest, there mosquitoes. Evil. Mosquito nets and fumigator clearly needed stuff:-)
Verdict. In my opinion the price-quality. The cost of 400 +/-UAH is justified from and to. I recommend it as a hotel for 1-2 nights in case of an unexpected stop in Kiev.
➜ Former dormitory. The smell of the restaurant. Excellent parking. Quiet location.

Horror Service! We settled for 4 hours, as described on the site, if you live not a day, and hourly. After 2, 5 hours we were called to the room and told that in half an hour we need to release it, that they have a reservation… Doesn't that need to be warned at once? When they called in advance, asked if the vacant seats. When we left, "polite" administrator also accused us that we deceive and arrived earlier than we say, although she did not register us, no passport data, no cheque… In general, the impression of a nightmarish, rude appeal, do not advise anyone!
