The area is very well landscaped. Beautiful enclosures, harmoniously fit into the forest. Fresh, forest air, beautiful environment. Staff are attentive. Everything has to a good rest and a great pastime.

Nice service and pool, but toooo high prices and pathetic food quality.

Perfect place to relax. Big green territory with pine trees, pond with fish and possibility to ride a horse. Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful SPA with great specialists.

Beautiful territory, lots of pines. But disproportionately expensive, the service is not unambiguous, some employees are very tired and even indifferent, but there are those who really try to do everything.

The service is just terrifying. We know this place not for the first year. Service and kitchen was always on the 3rd, but still went, TC close to the city.
Today we came to the summer pool. I have met such terrible service… And for that kind of money. Everything is so long, the staff is very polite and disorganized. Lunch was waiting for 1, 5 hours. Beer was carried for 40 minutes. Kalyanzika waited 30 minutes, asked to call 3 waiters. In the end came to say-no tobacco.
The kitchen is delicious, the portions are small…

A pleasant place for a weekend or just a good pastime in a pine forest with a good selection of SPA treatments. Speaking of the SPA complex, I especially liked the Tyrolean and Finnish sauna, and the shower with the musical accompaniment "Caribbean Storm". The staff is friendly and willing to help. Everything is clean and in its place. The only minus can be called prices in the menu and for additional services like massage. The ordinary Ukrainian cannot afford it. And so everything is wonderful:)!

Rested at the weekend with friends. We stopped to eat outside in the company of 3 persons. Overall impression — a beautiful picture, the rest is better to visit other establishments. Price — above average. This level must be excellent service. Ordered coffee, a strong wind blew the umbrella and caught it, of course it spilled. Coffee proposed to replace naturally a replacement was included in the bill. Alcoholic cocktails brought to us in plastic glasses, please note not the price of a cocktail, not really, no utensils? Me and the guys were on team building, emotions wow! ) very atmospheric, peaceful place. Location The kitchen is very tasty. Classy spa complex, many different saunas, fitness room. Two days for full acquaintance is not enough, but it is cool to relax:)

Overpriced is the word that first comes to mind with this place. The quality of rooms and facilities is not bad but simply isn't worth the prices they are asking for it here. Add to it at times mediocre service and it leaves you wondering how this place won the luxury hotels of the world award for Ukraine…

It was in winter. Basic info structure in a separate building. I had to dress many times. The bed is very hard. Ice should be fun. There are many different summer activities.

Super Nice spa area! And loved it here, we rented a room here and in the evening in the restaurant Mozart, went directly over the spa food to relax the next day again. Especially the well-heated outdoor swimming pool made me happy with the thick snow cover in the background and the outside temperature of — 10 degrees. We'll go back in the summer!

The place is nice and smells like a pine forest. The restaurant at the prices at the European level, the food is all delicious. The hotel beds are not comfortable, the interior is beautiful and pleasant but the hanging, not fixed point lamp in the bathroom and the broken switch at the bed were confused. In 5 stars I always thought that it is not necessary to walk and to point personnel in these small bugs. I hope you will fix) well in general a great place to stay, I recommend!

The place to stay is just super! The location is great. The rooms in the hotel are nice, spacious with huge beds. The food and service in the restaurant is great! On the territory of several swimming pools, children's playground, fish pond, quad bikes, pinball, spa-center.

Great place to relax and enjoy some quality time. Food is sort of decent but extremely high priced. The service in the restaurant is subpar. Overall highly recommended. Would give it 4.5 or above.

Over priced resort. Almost $400 a night CAD yet they charge you with absolutely everything they can possibly charge you for… volleyball, badminton, billiards, etc. (The quad motorbikes were a fun touch and worth the up charge though). Meals in the 5 restaurants rival the pricing model of the top restaurants in Kiev and though the food is decent (especially the salads) the provided buffet breakfast was far from it. Food quality for breakfast is cafeteria calibre and there are no paid options. On the Sunday morning they closed their breakfast restaurant and moved us all into their kids camp cafeteria to eat with all the noisy kids. I love kids but that's not what I thought I'd be paying for at a supposed high end resort in the nations capital. The facilities are nice but the place is loaded with Volvo advertising which is maybe the owners other business but the advertising is everywhere and again cheapens the place. Overall if you want to go to a kids camp and pay Alaska or Coin pricing then this might be the place for you.

Actually, it feels more like 4.25 when crowded and 4.75 when you get all the attention of personnel. "3-star +" type hotel pays its price. Rooms recently innovated, clean and spacious. Breakfast service might benefit from changing location it is served in and food selection. Lunch and dinner service on site is one of my favorite. Five trendy restaurants offer good selection of salads, cold/warm snacks, meat, fish and desserts — enough to get you entertained even on a two-weeks stay. Try farmer's menu, but not overeat :) Remember, that check would be above average in the city. SPA is a good addition to the on-site amenities with inside/outside pool, steam saunas and choices of massage and relaxing treatments. Also, I recommend it for out-of office workshops (15-25 pers. ) — either for a day or two days with overnight stay.

Expensive (both rooms and food) to stay at but very nice. We like to visit in the summer with a day pass and use the outdoor pools and playground. Great for kids. They have good season programs (winter, spring).

T could be much better for price we paid. The staff is very rude! They don't speak English moreover! There's nothing included in the pack. Charges are applied for any kind of entertainment. And the worse thing is that nobody warns you about tariffs! We paid 400 grn for an hour of playing billiard, when we went to the spa they said it costed 1000 grn but I read that for those who stay in the hotel its half-price! I said so and they said "oh you are right". Spa is nothing special, very little… they just try to steal some extra money. This place may be ok for those who have tons of money and couldn't care less if he/she spends 200 or 1000 € for night.

We stayed with kids in a suite for 10 days. The room is great, clean and modern. A lot of things to do for 2 days, then it gets very boring, but its not the main issue. The major disappointment was the food. Monday to Friday only 1 restaurant is open plus the breakfast place. Breakfast is EXACTLY the same EVERY day, and not tasty at all, same I can say about the rest of the food. Other than $175/day for the room, we ended up averaging another $125/day on food for the family. We ended up leaving the resort early because of poor food.

A good place. But earnings put on stream even in small things. Breakfast tea served in cups almost to espresso.
In addition to the tip (at discretion) to each account added 5% Club collection. When this staff generally cannot be described as considerate. Especially compared to the hospitality network international hotels or even any service in our region.
Air conditioning in the room gave smell as if filters have not changed.

Full spa service including indoor and 3 outdoor pool. Also pool for adults — kids not allowed! Place served as hotel as well.

Large area, good service, fairly well-trained staff, the pool always have a place, nice rooms. Delicious food, though the prices and nibble. But at the moment the invasion of OS: (and after six — mosquitoes (on-site pond).

Hey, this is Grand Admiral and as any other Grand Admiral it has a face and an umm. Rear side. While the face might be fascinating, the rear is normally not that (grand-) admiring. Of course, if you're spending money at the recreational facility, you absolutely must get what you're paying for. Nonetheless, if you just happen to live next door to the same facility and pay nothing for that besides what you paid for your new house, you still might deserve some comfort, right? It's just a simple thing called neighborliness. Not at Grand Admiral's rear's. They not just turned their rear side to literally anyone living around. They are pushing it into the neighbors faces trying to persuade it smells flowers and perfumes. Not at all! Their backyard is full of smelly and disgusting trash one can smell 100 m away at his own backyard. They play loud open air shows and shoot deafening fireworks when kids are long time asleep. They do it all next to your door and then they dare to tell you they're in full law compliance. Yes, they are if this is being told by the corrupted local authorities, because all of them are paid upfront. No if you ask anyone living around, because these ppl have ears, noses and can smell and hear. While enjoying your food or shows or late fireworks at Grand Admiral, you do have fun but also you're very likely contributed to making people's living much worse. They simply could not do this without YOU.
