Nice personnel, good breakfast, large and comfortable rooms and adorable view on the entire city of Kharkiv!

Positive: The reason I rated this so high is because it was a quiet location, a parking spot was always available near the entrance, it is a one level hotel, it was a small hotel so not a lot of foot

Three of us stayed in two rooms at City Club for two nights and found the experience very enjoyable.

Nice hotel, clean, quiet, and close walking to everything around the City center. Included breakfast buffet was great each morning. Staff was excellent, and all speak very good English too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent centrally situated and easily accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

I have stayed here before and the place is wonderful. The receptionist Alina made us fels like kings. The service she provided is world class.

Nice hotel. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 for a few reasons:
— it’s very stuffy in the room and we only had one small window which opened towards the road so by morning it was rather loud.

Superb hotel for a quick stay in the city. Just a few hundred metres walk to the centre, shops and restaurants. Hotel is quite quiet but really nice decor and rooms.

The language does not turn to call this place a hotel. It's like i'm visiting friends. A special bandafor for a chic ramp — it's awesome! I boldly recommend) ) )

Super Spa area with big swimming pool. Clean rooms. Delphin show super, but Music during show much, much too loud, terrible excessive sound like in discothek.

The service is very nice, their staffs are super nice and they smile at you every time, I have been to this hotel more than 4 times and I keep going back whenever I’m in the city.
