Nice and cozy hotel in the heart of the city. Located in the yard, which is additionally pleasant. The only downside is the parking far.
And the single room is small, in the "English" style.

Great location, right on the main road, so you are right at the place of action. Around the hotel there are numerous shopping facilities, currency exchange, bars, discos, etc.
The rooms are still quiet, as the hotel is located in a courtyard.
The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times during my visit. All the staff spoke a good English, the one night watchman even a bit of German.

I would like to mention this hotel as very classy but expensive. Standard room for 1 night stands (February, 2018g) 2100 UAH.
It is located in the center of Kharkov. The rooms are very steep, cozy, with quality furniture, plumbing and renovation, the ceilings are very high, as the hotel is in an old building. The huge ceiling chandelier emphasizes their height.
The room has a huge floor air conditioner-heater. There are snow-white towels, bed linen and bathrobes, hair dryer, shower, disposable slippers, toothbrushes, etc.
At the reception there are pleasant Porter (we settled at night, so the porter carried our suitcases on the 2nd and 3rd floors) and also in the hall for guests placed vases with apples, sweets and other Smakolikami), which is very pleasant and welcome. The stairs are decorated with huge spherical lamps hanging from the ceiling of the top floor.
The price includes a very tasty breakfast in the lampshade (2 dishes to choose from the menu, pita with various smears + orange juice + coffee from a professional espresso machine). The waiters are very polite and speak English.
The only minus-nowhere to leave the car, park on the Sumy, and there sign, had to rearrange it early in the morning in a couple of blocks from the hotel.
We loved this hotel!

The nicest small hotel in the city center. Prices are of medium range. Rooms are stylish and well decorated. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Breakfasts are delicious.

The Hotel 19 restaurant is one of the best in Kharkiv! Usually, you think of hotel restaurants as being mediocre, but this one has put a lot of thought into a very original and well executed menu. We had the included breakfast every morning and dinner twice, and every time was excellent. I would recommend going there even if you are not staying in the hotel. As for the hotel itself, it is also nice, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The internet at the hotel was faster than at my office! There is no elevator, or blackout curtains, which may be a pain for some. The staff were very friendly, and went out of the way to help my colleague get his jacket cleaned after an accident.

The parking is too long (especially in the cold). The room has a fan for heating, not so easy to understand which temperature will be comfortable overnight.

Entered with his girlfriend in this hotel, and immediately ran into some sort of misunderstanding.
They talked to me about what the history of this House until, as I understand, they cleaned the room.
Constantly haughty attitudes on the part of the owner and the protection of this property.
Put +3 only for location, and quite a nice interior.
The owners of this hotel, if you're reading this communion, then descend from the heavens. For less money, there are much better hotels not only in quality of service, but also on the Interior, and of course is a good soul.
