Excellent modern hotel with the BEST cuisine in Bukovel with the WORST service in the restaurant. We went to a big company for the second year in a row. Because of the incompetent behavior of the restaurant Manager will never come.

This hotel definitely earns my 5 star review. From the moment I walked in to this small little family hotel I felt like I was being treated like a king. From the up to par service at the front desk to the room service and restaurant and bar too. This hotel is a gorgeous brand new hotel so all the facilities are sparkling clean and new. You can see how much detail was put in to make every guest happy. From the heated shower floors to the great shower and amenities included in the room. It’s just great to come in to this hotel after a day on the slopes! They also have a great locker room for ski storage in the basement. And the hotel is literally ski to door! So bottom line. Hotel staff: 5 Star Hotel facilities: 5 Star Hotel location: 5 Star Hotel Restaurant and bar: 5 Star.

Stylish new hotel with excellent amenities. Amazing location, rooms, restaurant and service! Rooms are clean and cozy, and most importantly QUIET! Wonderful place to hang out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Restaurant/ bar has both traditional and modern food options, great music and attentive staff. Concierge was kind and helpful. Would love to stay again!

It's an amazing place! Magical view from the windows of the rooms! The hotel is new, stylish, cozy, with the right atmosphere and accents. That's how you want to touch everything. The staff are pros of their business, very hospitable, do not obsessively take care of the guests. I'll definitely return to this fairy tale)

Welcome. Stayed for three days. I liked everything. Nothing Very comfortable room. Only on the third day I realized that I had never had to ventilate the premises. Ventilation and climate control – at the level! The warm floor is pleasantly pleased when you come out of the shower! By the way, the shower cabin-a separate score! More, very nice carpet! The interior is very pleasant! Concerning the power supply. Breakfast barely got into me! (many) However, as well as dinner! A separate medal for the chef for a warm salad with veal! The service corresponds to the price category. I liked everything. Great location. Recommend.
