For me this Hotel is in the same Niveau like the Waldorf Astoria in Berlin, one of the Best Hotel I ever stayed.

It's a great hotel. Great spa. Everything is top notch except the restaurant. The food is mediocre. The chef mixed up the order. I wouldn't go to a restaurant like this. Although, breakfast offers a great selection.

I have a great overall experience with Tsunami hotel. A great get way from my work. I would recommend this hotel to any one. Dnipro is a quiet and very relaxed city with more than a million residents. Residents are very peaceful, nice and cultured. There are some Pros and Cons with my experience. Let's start with the Pros 1. Friendly staff 2. Great Spa and Fitness facilities 3. Good food at the restaurant and friendly service 4. Front desk reception is very quick to resolve any issues 5. Easy to catch a Tram or Bus, stop is in front of the hotel 6. Next door store can do money exchange 7. Mostly very quiet location 8. Best of all is very inexpensive for the services provided Cons 1. Hotel staff don't speak much English, if you know Russian that would be amazing. You need to give credit for trying speak and understand English 2. Location is not river front but 5 to 10 minutes walk I hope my review would help the future travelers.

Great facility, service is very good, staff all available explains and shows. Even in the standard room everything is thought out to trifles, ranging from personal care products, ending with a sponge for shoes and thread with a needle to repair clothes. Highly recommend how to just spend the night, and visit the complex spa, with massages and baths of different nationalities. The restaurant is cozy and clean, tasty food and affordable prices.

Perfect place for rest and relaxation.
The spa is beyond praise. A huge assortment of various saunas and pools gives a real rest.
Everything is very clean, tidy, thoughtful.
The room is large with a comfortable sofa and a large double bed.
The design is thoughtful and pleasant. Large mini-bar.
There are all necessary amenities for staying at the hotel and visiting the spa.
The restaurant is cooked tasty (prices are quite reasonable).
The only big minus is the very poor soundproofing of the windows. It seems that the room opened a window-so much audible street noise (although checked, the windows are tightly closed). In the daytime it's not very annoying, but when you go to bed, you realize that something is wrong. In the morning it was even audible, as people on the Street Talk (there women spoke loudly of course, but the essence does not change). The rooms are very clean.
We are usually ready for everything and we had with us earplugs. But for those who don't have them with them or who can't sleep in them-it would be a big problem, able to cross all the good experiences about this great hotel.
In general, it would be good to address this issue.

Stayed in the hotel on a package assumption "love story" 19.01.18. For two costs 3500 UAH. The price includes accommodation in the most expensive deluxe room (we stayed in the snow. Loved it. Everything as on the photo on the site), a trip to the spa and relax massage everyone who lasts an hour. Plus champagne and dessert in the room.
The spa is on a high level: the staff is polite, everything is clean, there are not many people (although we were baptized and it is considered a crowded day) queues are nowhere to be found. A lot of baths worthy of attention. What is the only Japanese bath! Massage rooms liked the fact that first there is no smell of old oil, as in cheap cabinets, second masseurs conscientiously work with you exactly an hour.
In the spa itself and in principle in the entire living room on the floors are water cooler, and the spa is also a tea that is updated constantly. If you go to the tea area there will definitely be a full kettle. Seems would like a little thing, but creates the feeling that for the money paid there with you are worn as a king) ) It's nice of course.

Tsunami many good and pleasant. Yesterday was one small minus. Very friendly waiter in the restaurant was convinced that to serve other customers during the preparations for the Banquet is sooo hard, bleak and tedious. And okay the restaurant is rented completely, no, it worked. Hidden aggression of staff is important. If the "to do" guest's fault that he wants to eat at a worse time for the staff, the guest can carry with them not only imposed guilt but also his location, money, recommendations. Perfect in-city resort. Reasonable prices. Convenient location. Shuttle. Healthy environment. Usually crowded. Booking in advance is higly recommended.

It really doesn't get much better, especially with this price – performance ratio of the hotel in terms of German or Central European conditions.
The spacious spa is without a doubt an experience, as is the richly equipped gym. At the spa, you almost need a compass to find your way around, but in any case you get a personal accompaniment for the briefing, which explains more than friendly.

The bath complex is simply stunning! A lot of different saunas and baths, swimming pools and relaxation rooms! The massage complex is impressive! Thank you for the whole day of great holiday!
