Premium Hotel

The hotel has its own small free parking area located directly next to the building. However, please note that spaces may be limited, as some guests have mentioned that the parking lot was completely full in the evening.

The hotel staff is described as very welcoming, kind, attentive, and professional. The receptionists are ready to help even during late check-ins (such as 1:00 AM), check guests in quickly, and provide all necessary information. The employees are unobtrusive but respond promptly to requests, such as bringing a kettle to the room.

The hotel has an on-site restaurant offering breakfasts and lunches at reasonable prices; the signature syrniki (cheese pancakes) and delicious coffee are highly recommended. Food portions are generous, and the quality of the dishes is rated highly. However, one guest noted the presence of hidden fees, which caused the final cost of breakfast to be higher than indicated on the menu.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a television, a hairdryer, and necessary toiletries; slippers are also provided to guests. An iron and microwave are available on the floor, although some guests noted the absence of a kettle and cups directly in the room (these can be requested at the reception). Wi-Fi is also available throughout the hotel.

Guest opinions are divided: many praise the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere, and the snow-white bed linen. Others complain about worn-out furniture, sagging sofas, creaking beds, and the need for repairs in the shower cabins. In some cases, issues were noted regarding bathroom cleanliness, yellow stains on blankets, and a malfunctioning toilet door.

Some guests complain about loud noise, which can make it impossible to sleep. There are also complaints regarding the smell of tobacco smoke in the rooms and hallways, even when a non-smoking room was requested.

Guests note that the hotel always has electricity, heat, and hot water, even during power outages. Rooms feature the ability to independently adjust the temperature.

The hotel is suitable for families with children; extra beds and towels are provided. However, there have been instances where the staff did not prepare the extra bed prior to arrival, and parents had to set it up themselves.

The hotel offers the possibility of paying for the stay using a bank card.
