Guest opinions are divided. Many describe the staff as professional, friendly, attentive, and polite, particularly praising the receptionists and an employee named Danila. At the same time, there are complaints regarding the communication style of some employees (laughter in the breakfast area) and an extremely negative experience interacting with the administration regarding prepayment refunds, where a client received no response for a month. It is also mentioned that administrators may provide inaccurate information regarding the time the hotel music stops.

Breakfast is served as a buffet with a diverse menu: pancakes, syrniki (quark pancakes), yogurts, vegetables, fruits, eggs, meat, coffee, and juices. Many guests describe the breakfasts as excellent and tasty. However, there are critical remarks: some guests found that by 8:30 or 10:30, many dishes had already run out and were not replenished by the staff, and food could become cold by 9 o'clock.

The hotel features the "Zhyvot i Pyvo" pub with live music on weekends, serving beer-themed dishes (salads, soups, baked potatoes), although some guests find the food too salty and spicy. Room service is also available, allowing guests to order food from the restaurant to their room for an additional fee (a delivery cost of 25 UAH was mentioned).

Rooms are equipped with a safe, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, towels, and hygiene amenities: shower gel, soap, sponges, and cotton swabs. Regarding kettles, they are not in all rooms, but can be provided upon request. Reviews concerning toothbrushes and toothpaste are contradictory: one guest claims they are unavailable, while another writes that they are included in the price but must be requested from the administrator.

Guests generally rate the rooms as clean, cozy, and comfortable, with good design and comfortable beds. Some note that standard rooms can be small, and in one instance, there was an issue with a lingering odor. The furniture is mostly in good condition, although one situation was reported involving a burnt-out light bulb that could not be replaced for a long time due to a lack of stock.

Soundproofing has drawn criticism: one guest reported that music from the bar was clearly audible on the 4th floor even after 10:30 PM, which disturbed their rest. There is also a negative review regarding the air conditioning system, in which a guest expressed dissatisfaction with the quality or operation of the device.
