Hotel Ukraine

For guests arriving by private vehicle, a dedicated secure parking lot is available in the inner courtyard. Hotel staff are happy to provide driving directions to the parking area in advance by phone. The service is offered at an affordable rate and ensures convenient parking for your car. Guests speak positively about the availability of parking spaces near the entrance.

Most staff members display genuine hospitality, offering guests the opportunity to select a suitable room with their preferred view as early as the booking stage. When vacant rooms are available, guests are checked in before the standard time at no additional charge. Housekeeping maintains high cleaning standards, and room change requests are typically handled promptly and smoothly by the management. At the same time, there have been isolated complaints regarding an indifferent attitude from the front desk receptionist during check-in.

The morning menu includes several set portion options. Guest feedback regarding food quality is mixed. Some guests highlight delicious and sufficiently hearty portions at an affordable price. Other guests were dissatisfied with bland pancakes and unappealing coffee, expressing a desire for improved food quality in the café.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and a stocked minibar. Guests receive complimentary disposable slippers, toiletries, tea sets, and hot beverage sachets. A water dispenser with clean drinking water is freely accessible on the floor. Bathrooms are spacious with good hot water pressure, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The rooms feature generous square footage, comfortable beds with fresh mattresses, and reliable soundproofing. However, budget-level renovations are noticeable throughout, including worn carpets and limescale on bathroom fixtures. The main entrance to the building is undergoing extended renovation, so entry is arranged through the courtyard via temporary stairs. The reception desk is located on the fourth floor, making the climb with heavy luggage a noticeable inconvenience for guests with limited mobility.

The hotel supports cashless payments, accepting bank cards directly on-site. Payments are processed without hidden fees or extra charges. Guests consider the current rates quite reasonable relative to the basic level of comfort provided.
