Often stay with my husband in your hotel (in a business class room) and here is decided to write a review. Thanks to the great staff-service at a high level. For family rest is a great option. The room is nice, spacious, as well as beautiful grounds, summer terrace, restaurant, pool, overall everything you need. It is not necessary to arrive to the city, to the border 1 km, and to the center 5 minutes by car. Prices are quite satisfied, 55 UAH for a tasty and rich breakfast-it pleasantly surprised.
The restaurant is very pleasant, especially the kebab.

Having read a lot of positive reviews we went to this hotel with anticipation of something good, cozy, light and tasty, and got into the pitch horror… The worst impression happened. Unfortunately, compelled to write that this is the worst hotel in my life… And this is my first negative experience and review, and I travel quite a lot. The bathroom in the room on all parameters is not good: the toilet was with yellow drips from the water and broken lid, shower stall all the time flowed, shampoos in bags of incomprehensible origin… Tea at breakfast was only black and it was just water of light brown color without smell and taste. I was willing to pay extra for another tea, which I was told that it was not possible to get another tea. As a result, we bought tea ourselves and asked for only boiling water to brew our tea. One time instead of boiling water brought coffee… Hmm, very attentive. There were only two friendly waiters, all the others (and they changed every day) looked that quietly hate their guests and their work…
And there is a special attention to the story of Christmas night which we were "fortunate" to visit in the restaurant "Kilikia". On the site restaurant has a beautiful light, solemn interior, and in fact we were covered in a small dark room under the name "library", which looks like a loft in a grandmother, which has not had a soul for many decades. And placed in this room "without windows and doors" about 30 people.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The furniture is all new, good quality, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is huge bathroom! The staff is friendly, executive. The hotel has a restaurant, you can order food in the room, there is also a swimming pool, but it is open only in the summer (open).

Comfortable clean rooms. Nice quiet location. Fresh air around. I think very attractive to be visited in summer time. Pools are available.

Wow! What an incredible moment… having left my car behind in sk, being refused entry into Ukraine, suddenly a beautiful lady, compleat stranger, offered assistance. Clearly I was indifficulties, Immediately told the the border guards I am "her friend", and asked me to get into the car. We passed first half of the border crossing… I could go on… Sorry back to business… This gentle calm lady booked me a place here at this hotel) … to add also bought me a SIM card, (phone) for Ukraine, phone charger, and explained how to use the exchange booths (monies) if there's a carlsberg girlfriend here she is! Ha ha. Ukraine and her people don't change… Ok that's it I'm moving out here!
