Great, class. Everything is at a decent level. Cozy rooms, with beautiful furniture, with a great toilet, air conditioning and television. Courtyard. The service and staff are at the highest level. Breakfast is gorgeous. There's also a restaurant. Highly recommend. Respect and respect. Xenia Riga.

Great hotel, woth every cent!

Nice old hotel right in the center of Mukachevo. Breakfast choice is very poor and rooms are old.

The hotel is generally pleasant, a little tired plumbing, and slippers and bathrobe are only in the suites. Therefore, if you plan to live in the standard sneaker take it with you.

Security is just super, very nice and attentive gentlemen.

We stay in room 320 twin standard for 990uah, old room, smelly toilet with very old, broken plumbing. Staff. When we come, it was around half past 12 night, one receptionist was really unhappy for us, another person was to active and ask to many privet equations. In the restaurant the staff is not profession at all, the restaurant receptionist couldn’t do anything, unfriendly at all. Room, everything very old, some parts broken, to say the room is cleaned I will not say. The toilet smells of sewage, sanitary is old and many parts are broken. Bed linin looks clean but too crumpled. Breakfast, In Menu few variants of breakfast, we ordered English breakfast which consists of two eggs and two small pieces tomatoes. Also, fresh juice which got from a cheap some box. Everything too slow, many people was angry with service and food. Total, the service is very poor, the staff is unprofessional, the food is poor. The price for such service is very high. After almost two weeks in Germany and Vienna where we stay in 45-50euro per night with breakfast – we got very poor service and “food” for the same money! Never come back!

Unfortunately, the hotel was not to be appreciated. It was booked for 1 night at the beginning of May 2018, i. E. For half a year. Confirmation has come. But… After 3 months I was informed that the price was wrong and increase the price tag 10 times. Politely refuse. Sorry for the time spent.

If you're happy with the price, I recommend it. Excellent enclosed parking. Excellent service of all staff (offered even if we get lost to be met on his car porter)!

Very Nice hotel in the heart of Mukachevo with Windows to the main square and the town hall. Great interior, service, rooms. Very nice atmosphere.

The staff is arrogant and the rooms are overpriced by Ukrainian standards, old and run down. Cleanliness even only appropriate.

The hotel is located directly in the center of the city. Outside it's noisy. The rooms need modernization! The receptionists were friendly. Breakfast was eatable, 4 menus offered.

Marvellous hotel. Great all-round atmosphere. I shall return.

It does what it should do. It's a hotel where you can stay a night or two, but nothing to make vacation. Staff not very friendly… the Do what is required, but not more.

Great hotel in the heart of the city!

The best hotel in the city, a perfect place to stay. Had to spend the whole day in it inside because of cold areas, but everything was comfortable enough.
Private Suite full double bed, don't know about others.
The staff at all the immediate and major world languages, from English to Hungarian.
The only thing that is razočaoovalo-you can eat but does not bring any pleasure.

All worthy and in the heart.
