Had a working breakfast with my team. When I came time to order food it took a hour to serve us. We were a large group and had informed the hotel the night before of our intentions. Disappointing.

Nice hotel. Good as the tics. Average low cost food — can do better in this aspect. Good location away from downtown. A bit noisy street though. Best feature about 2m from southern bypass so direct highway from entebbe airport to hotel. Also near not her bypass to eastern Uganda.

Good location near a shopping mall. Good rooms with a restaurant that serves a wide variety of African food. There is an on-site pub as well.

Budget hotel. Not bad. Great location.

The rooms were of decent quality and the beds were generally more confortable than what is generally available in Kampala. Only drawback is the doors are not sound proofed so as people leave very early in the morning they may disturb a good night sleep.

The hotel is situated in an ideal place & one can access shops &transportation easily. Room is comfortable & clean. The staff are friendly and willing to go an extra mine especially at the reception. The internet though is not available in the upper rooms. I hope it will be sorted when I come back. I recommend the hotel.

I reserved my guest from the States into this hotel weeks before and after an hour before check in time. Most hotels will try to hussle you to pay off the previous night but they were not like that. They were very couteous and elegant. The hotel is Beautiful laid out with the space they have, and the rooms are a wonderful surprise. It was just big enough, mattress was great and the bathrooms well stocked and AC if you want or no AC at a slightly cheaper price. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise with lots of variety! The hotelis located on the road but once inside you are hardly aware. It is just stones throw from Capital Shoppers mall so you can walk over and pick anything you may have forgotten, go to church nearby catholic, Muslim and protestant! You can walk right out and jump into public transport and vis versa yet still enjoy the beauty in the midst of city bustle! And least but not least I loved the customer service, the ladies at the reception are amazing and I never regretted the choice will definitely return!

Clean, basic and secure accommodations. Mix of Ugandans and expats. Decent restaurant.
