If you're cruising around in a rented 4x4, double-check that secure on-site parking is explicitly stated in the hotel's policies. In Bukoto, choosing a place with an enclosed courtyard and a guard at the gate is much safer than leaving your ride out on a narrow roadside. It's always smart to message the hosts ahead of time to make sure they hold a spot for you.
