Woow this place is so lovely for you are tourists experience in Kabale and Kigezi region as a whole. Good customer service and customer care 👍 I love the cool environment and location is fabulously very attractive just on the hilltop of Kabale Town.
I met my international friends here and I have no doubt ti's the best. All services are here.

Everything about this Hotel is up to international standard. Its located in a million dollar elevation. The services offered are unequalled, more to that the rooms are fantastic.

On our trip to western region, we decided to have an evening time out at this facility but it ticked the boxes that we had made a wrong choice, the staff seem as if they are under no management as they attend to guests in an I don't care fashion.
As new people in a place we reached at the reception to be guided, the desk was vacant and there no one around, finally we decided to sit in the gardens it took 20 minutes of wait for service person to come and attend to us, getting another drink needed patience and alarm bells, when visited the sauna hygiene was for 1 star facility, wet body wrappers thrown on the floor, empty tea cups here and there. To cut the story short, I regretted why I brought my fellows to this place.
There must be management problems according to the level of negligence almost everywhere.

It's a decent place a bit pricey for a local tourist but otherwise they have good service.

I've been to this place once this year.
For every time I'll travel to western Uganda.
I'll always atleast spare a night here.

I went there with my family and we had the best time ever.

Cephas Inn Kabale is an amazing place. Good scenery, amazing views and luxurious rooms and appetizing food. The staff is good.

They have the best customer care services, clean rooms, sauna, steam bath and swimming pool are on point. Secure ample parking space.

For the three days I stayed there, it was so amazing and fun.

Cool place to be but limited services, we spent over 1 hours in darkness after power shutting off in kabale, the whole place was dark and if felt unsafe.

Nice ambiance, nice service, good customer service, I loved everything, loved the morning breakfast, so many nutritional options to choose from there's a lady at the breakfast place called Claire she was so nice and sweet to us. Thank you cephas Inn.

Great quiet hotel with nice atmosphere. Rooms had excellent showers, comfy bed and Wi-Fi worked well. Standby generator when power goes. Clean and modern. Price was right and good customer care, especially from Nicholas at the reception. Thanks.

Good ambiance for Upcountry accommodation and work.
The food is good as they server continental dishes.
The health club services are good especially the Gym and Swimming pool.
The only issue is the Sauna service that needs to be improved with better customer care.

Everything save for the cold, which I am sure the Hotel has not much ado about. The hospitality is class. Prudence, the lady with whom we booked (I am unsure if she is the supervisor or Manager) is such a kind nice soul. All staff you interact with are happy and lovely.
