Operating but still under construction in most of the wings. Has good ambiance service is good has all types of foods and drinks, good for children and also can host parties and meetings.

Located near lake Victoria in a quiet place Worthy spending a day out there.

It's a nice green environment in the city centre although near a noisy church (disturbance is majorly on Tuesdays). Fairly clean and organised rooms although some parts of walls need cleaning. Internet access is very weak so you will have to brave the mosquitoes or buy your own data if you are working late in the night. Breakfast is basic with very hard pieces of meat. Chicken is rarity. You can get similar services at a relatively cheaper price.

Manager Ivan is such a great personality. He is Mr. Hospitality himself!

So far it's the best home that I have ever seen in Jinja city the room are perfect, the service is good, the location is not bad since it's located city and the security is tight 24/7, I therefore recommend this place.

Karaoke Friday night is super exciting. There is no charge on entrance, people seated on each table are free to choose songs of their own and sing. Some people come up with group names and join a challenge where the best wins prizes mostly beer. Somehow the crowd is so good that it cheers on everyone and sings along with every karaoke star on the stage. The food is good with reasonable service. The place a big complex with several accomodation facilities and expanding.
If you are in Jinja on Friday, it's worthy spending a fun evening there.

Spacious, good fresh atmosphere and ambience, beautiful scenery and amazing conference spaces. Ideal for functions and group trainings, have attended several workshops organized here. The food is great, the accomodation too. And reasonably priced though a bit high end.
That aside. Outside the premises. The surrounding areas, along spire road, are not that well lit and sparsely populated, so for tourists, would recommend travelling to and fro using private transport e. G a car or trusted public transport.
